Come visit and enjoy a relaxing vacation at the Casa Zur Heide.  Fully air conditioned, this rental is located in San Felipe's number one vacation community - El Dorado Ranch. This home now includes WiFi.

This fully landscaped and beautiful southwest-style home is equally comfortable for one person as well as several persons and is located in walking distance of the swimming pool.  The open floor plan features a large grand room/living room with plenty of modular seating to entertain, watch the TV/American Dish or listen to music. A beautifully tiled fireplace adds to the ambience.

French doors exit to the backyard patio.

Adjoining the fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools is the dining area  with a glass top dining table for eight.

The master bedroom with king size bed, TV/America.Sat. and small seating area continues into a stylish bathroom with double sink counter, spacious shower area and toilet. French doors exit to the back patio.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, a door to patio, and a slider to a private covered veranda.

The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Queen and twin bedrooms share a double sink bathroom with large shower area and toilet.

All bedrooms have roomy built-in closets.

The home is beautifully decorated throughout and and furnished with furniture carved by local craftspeople.  The spacious back patio has a patio table and many seating areas, a fire pit (for the famous s'mores), a grill, and a built in BBQ.

The tiled rooftop offers more opportunities to relax and socialize and enjoy the impressive views of the mountain range and the water.

This home does not have a garage, however, there is plenty of parking available in the front of the house.

- This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
- If 6 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

MONTHLY RENTALS:  Utilities extra!  Requires utility deposit on arrival.
