Reunion house aka Jerry's San Felipe Beach club house, is your preferred vacation rental house in San Felipe to comfortably host large groups of up to 30 persons.  Whether celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions with friends, colleagues or family, Jerry's Beach San Felipe club should be at the top of your list.

This house features a multi-level building in Las Palmas community of San Felipe.    There are four levels in this building featuring 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 living room and 5 kitchens.   This building is designed for large groups to come together to enjoy quality time while providing space for time to rest as needed.

First floor has the 3 car garage and two bedrooms.  second level has two bedrooms, third floor has three bedrooms and fourth floor is a large entertainment terrace with amazing beach views and views of the surrounding mountains.   

BEDROOMS AND BED SIZES
1st  bedroom - King size bed. 
2nd bedroom - Queen size plus single bed.
3rd  bedroom - Queen size bed
4th bedroom  - Queen size PLUS full size sofa bed  in living room.
5th bedroom  - Queen size bed
6th bedroom  - 2 Full size beds   
7th bedroom  - Queen Size bed plus full size sofa bed
8th bedroom  - King size bed
9th bedroom  - Queen size bed
10th bedroom - King size bed.

The kitchens comes equipped for all your cooking needs.  There are  dinning tables on every level. The living rooms have ample space.  Living room opens up to a covered balcony with truly amazing views.  The building has a large 4th floor terrace with an even better view.  There is a Charcoal BBQ grill, Internet, TV with Roku

*This unit dose not have towels , so feel free bring anything you might need for a more comfortable stay!! 

There's a 3 car parking garage.  Other cars may park on the street

NOTE: This rental has a maximum occupancy of 30 guest.  Please review the beds and decide if you need to bring one or two more air beds to accommodate all guests.
