Condo 15-2 is a true San Felipe gem that will make your San Felipe Vacation Rental unforgettable. All your concerns and worries will evaporate as soon as you set foot inside this wonderful modern home. This two-level San Felipe Vacation Rental is located right along the 18-hole golf course in San Felipe and promises awesome panoramic views of the golf course and the Sea of Cortez.

As a two-level home, there is lots of space for 6 guests, which is also the maximum occupancy of this rental. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed and a private bathroom. From this bedroom, head out to the patio and enjoy the sunshine. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with tub, shower, and his-and-her sinks. French doors open to a patio overlooking the golf course.

The living room has plenty of space and feels very airy thanks to high ceilings. Two brown sofas contrast beautifully with blue and brown painted walls. A flat-screen TV with satellite TV hookup allows you to catch your favorite shows. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing your favorite meals. All standard kitchen utensils are provided. The kitchen island with bar stools is a favorite spot to catch up and plan for a day of fun-filled activities.

The private beach is just a short walk away — the beach is popular for its baby waves. If you'd like a bit more excitement, banana boats regularly come by and can be rented for 30 minutes or longer. Should you prefer a swimming pool, you'll have a choice of 3 swimming pools in the resort. The bigger pool — La Palapa — has an adjacent bar and restaurant.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only. If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass. Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.

This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is to use the BBQ service of the on-site Pavilion restaurant.

Monthly rentals available — utilities (internet, electricity, water, propane, and cable TV) are additional with a utility security deposit required. NOTE: Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch. Exception is made for race teams participating in races like Baja 250 and Baja 1000.
