Ownership has tons of hospitality business experience, and everything has been thought through to elevate your stay. This lovely and spacious family friendly home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 are en-suite, plus oversized family room with 4 full bathrooms and 1 half and is less than a mile from the surf and sand. Featured amenities include an inverted floor plan offering spacious open concept living, central air-conditioning, well-equipped cooks' kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, 3 Kayaks and 1 Paddle Board, boat dock, porta- crib, high-chair and kid friendly puzzles, games, and books. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting out on the charming upper-level screened porch and deck overlooking the canal! Rinse the beach sand off in the double outside showers before enjoying a family cook out on the gas grill! Family and friends will enjoy evenings sitting around the fire pit in the amazing backyard alongside the canal. The Salt Pond has a community recreation center, outdoor pools, tennis courts, 18-hole golf course, pickle ball courts, plus a children's play area. The kids will love the catch and release fishing ponds! Kayakers and canoers will enjoy cruising on the Salt Pond!! Golf green fees are separate. Just the perfect place to recharge, relax and make those special family vacation memories. DOG FRIENDLY WITH $250 PET FEE PER PET PER WEEK (No Cats Please) $150. Community Fee Per Week
