Great house that was convenient to many of the amenities that the villages offer. Host was very helpful getting IDs for us to use the facilities and overall had a great experience. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone visiting the villages

Activities Galore

Great location for enjoying all the entertainment, dining and outdoor activities (we worked with property manager to obtain pass for recreation facilities: pickleball, bocce, pool). Villa was in great condition and generously stocked with all the essentials. Neighbors were kind hearted and welcoming. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Fun in The Villages

My husband and I had a great time exploring The Villages. This villa was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the brightness of the interior was enjoyable. Two separate couples visited us during our stay and each spent one night. They, too, commented on what a nice place it was and how comfortable the bed was. Nice, clean house as shown in photos. Quiet neighborhood. TV has no football games. No ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS.

Our Winter Get A Way to The Villages

My husband, sister and I enjoyed our trip and the home we rented in Wildwood. The house was close to the Willow Tree pool, and near 2 executive courses that we played. We enjoyed walking in the morning and found beautiful preserves to do so. At night we would listen to music at various squares. The property management company helped us get the Village IDs we needed to enjoy the amenities which we did. We rented a golf cart which was also easy to do and enjoyed getting to various places within The Villages. We found an app which helped us navigate the golf cart paths which was very helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the opportunity to stay there.

Great Villa - Same Rent-by-Owner Shortcoming

We had a very nice stay, very close to the community pool, shopping, varied choice of restaurants. The villa was very clean and comfortable, full kitchen and comfy bedrooms, but this villa like so many other rent-by-owners has the same TV limitations - no live broadcast or cable channels. You can choose from hundreds of useless streaming channels but you can't watch live TV, get current news, weather, sports. I am not interested in streaming replays on Sunday evening of CNN news from last Friday morning, "used news" has no value. Cable must be a cost these owners don't want to pay, but I will be questioning listings in the future about available live TV.

I rented this cozy and cute villa for my family who consisted of my spouse and my two teenage daughters. We came to The Villages from California to visit my parents and Aunt and Uncle who live about a mile from this villa. The house was fully equipped to allow me to cook for my family. The beds in each bedroom were extremely comfortable and allowed for us to get some good sleep. The communication was very helpful especially when it came to entering the gate into the community. We did have guest passes to see the facilities. We learned that you have to be 19 and over to use the indoor gym. My 18 year old daughter was looking to work out, however we did take advantage of the beautiful walking paths and outdoor fitness facilities that was near one of the community centers. For entertainment, my spouse, kids and I went to Lake Sumter Landing Thursday afternoon and Brownwood Square that Friday evening to see some live music and eat at one of the local restaurants. There are many activities at The Villages. The next time we come out to visit my family, we will need to play golf at one of the many courses they have to offer. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend this beautiful comfortable villa.

Great property! We loved the central location as it was close to Publix, swimming pool, and not far from Eastport. The beds and couch were super comfortable. We didn't do any cooking but it had everything you could need. Definitely stay here!

All is good except they don’t reply in time mannerly and the access to the internet was not available as the password was incorrect. Overall it was good
