Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.
Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night`s stay and may be evicted without refund.
Keys must be returned to NewsXpress no later than 10:30 am on the day of check-out. A photo of all keys placed inside NewsXpress must be provided. If the required photo is not provided / Confirmation of the key returned, a $50 fee will apply. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Queensland get away
This place was the perfect location in surfers. You have most things directly under the apartment including Coles. We didn’t need our cars at all unless it was to travel to factory outlets or theme parks.
The apartment was a little cramped in the dining room area but that was all. Also the drain in the ensuite needs a little attention as it is a little dangerous but overall a great place.
