Great property to stay at. Conveniently located, barely had to leave out for anything. Hosts were very responsive!

Very nice house clean the pool was excellent The owners was great would rent it again

We love the Cape Coral area. The house is enough very nice location. A couple things that I would have them do would be dressers in the bedrooms a different table in the house but overall it was wonderful anybody that would rent this house to be very happy.

Good trip and visit

House was perfect for my family of six adult couples. Location has access to everything we wanted including Beach (Bonita), JetBlue Park and brand new pickleball complex that hosted the PPA tour. Great value for a weeks vacation. Would have been 5 stars if not for a small problem with pool that could not be fixed during our stay. We only lost a day of pool time and response from property management company was reasonable.

Nice home in great location

We enjoyed our stay at Gregg and Maya's home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well equipped. We did not use the pool but it was clean and inviting. Gregg was very responsive on a couple of questions we had. Thanks for the use of your beautiful home!

Beautiful updated Cape Coral home!

The host was super helpful, answered promptly when we had questions. We loved the welcoming wine and chocolates. Everything was clean, comfy and we enjoyed the nice pool. My husband loved fishing off the pier in the canal where we observed turtles, beautiful birds and fish. Nice sunsets over the canal. Not many boats came by but that could still be an after effect of the hurricane. Surrounded with trees and shrubs which added to the ambiance and privacy. Enjoyed the supplies of extra toiletries, paper goods, coffee, newer amenities etc . Not real close to restaurants but luckily we had our car . We highly recommend if you like a nice updated relaxing home . Decorations were tasteful also. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly Relaxing

Our beloved longtime place on FMB was sadly lost to Ian, so we had to expand our search outward. And so we came upon this gem. The owners clearly love this place. This is seen in all the little details throughout the property. Seems they thought of everything. You will need to bring paper products, but this is normal for home rentals. Everything else was there including cleaning products, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap. When we had a small issue, the owners responded quickly and even sent a neighborhood friend over to help. (This property is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you want the party vibe, you wont find it here) Property is about 40 mins to Ft. Meyers Beach and about 50 to Sanibel. This is made up for by being close to stores and the "everyday" type of shopping that you wont find on the islands. We especially liked the lush landscaping and variety of palms all around the property to give that tropical getaway feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Kept our family of 5 happy!

We really enjoyed ourselves. Owners we very accomdating and we lucked out by being able to check in a day early. SUPER appreciative of that! The pool was perfect for us, the canal and the dock were great. Good location, close enough for anything you might need, although we really didn't venture out too much! The ONLY real complain we have was the ants... it was obvious that the owners are trying to control that (ant traps around kitchen) but they were definitely still a problem. We kept everything in ziploc bags & tupperware containers to minimize infestation into our food, etc. It really wasn't a huge deal for us (we're country people anyway, haha!) but a little note that some others may not tolerate as well. They were very tiny and mostly in one area of the kitchen- certainly not the end of the world. We would absolutely stay again. Master bed was super comfortable, couch was too! We were truly able to feel at home. Thank you so much again, and for your flexibility in letting us in early. We had a good time!

Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir schätzten insbesondere den Pool mit den bequemen Liegestühlen und den Palmen rundherum. Wir verbrachten schöne und entspannte Ferientage dort.Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war angenehm und unkompliziert.

Wonderful

Our family of four really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was great, and the house had everything we needed. Having the heated pool was wonderful as well. The house was beautiful and very clean. The owners were very helpful and we even booked an extra night while we were there! We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends!
