Le plan d'étage ouvert ensoleillé coule de façon transparente de l'entrée principale à travers la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. La cuisine rénovée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils en ardoise est bien équipée avec les équipements les plus récents pour tous ceux qui aiment les repas cuisinés à la maison. Le salon et la chambre principale sont équipés d'un lecteur DVD et toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision HD câblée et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite. Juste une serviette de plage BYO, notre maison est équipée de toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin!

LINGES GRATUITS FOURNIS --- TOUS LES LITS FRAIS FABRIQUÉS À L'ARRIVÉE COMPRENNENT ÉGALEMENT DES SERVIETTES DE BAIN!

La terrasse avant du salon est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre avec votre café du matin ou un verre de vin le soir.
La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen-size et une salle de bain privée. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont des lits doubles et partagent une salle de bain. La 4ème chambre (grand canapé-lit) au rez-de-chaussée a sa propre entrée privée et salle de bain. Cette 4ème chambre est une escapade parfaite pour un peu d'intimité et / ou de détente après une journée à la plage.
Le rez-de-chaussée spacieux dispose d'un grand patio couvert avec une table de pique-nique, des chaises et beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Il y a une zone herbeuse parfaite à côté de la maison pour profiter d'un jeu de trou de maïs; avec un patio arrière pavé pour les grillades. Une douche extérieure et un tuyau sont également disponibles.

Aidez-vous à l'un des équipements de plage fournis et allez profiter du soleil sur la magnifique plage de Surfside. (La plage familiale)

Awesome beach vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation week at Surfside Beach. The home was beautifully updated and clean. It was exactly as described and was only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The owners were very accommodating and available if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property to others.

Nice house - good communication

The house was as described and met our needs. The location was good and convenient. Communication from the owner was very good. (very responsive to questions during the stay) Kitchen was well stocked and availability of linens/towels was great.

Relaxing Getaway

We loved this house! It is nicely remodeled and offered plenty of space for our family. The location is great, right down the street from the beach access and right in between the Surfside and Garden City piers. The owners stocked the house with every kitchen gadget you can think of including a griddle and crock pot. It was also nice to have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to borrow! We cannot wait to plan our next visit back to this house!

Location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ebenezer. Literally a block from the ocean where we spent many hours playing in the waves and taking long walks to the pier. So convenient to other activities as well - golf course, mini-golf, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was cozy and fit our family of 8 just fine. A little more detail to the cleaning before we arrived would have put our stay in the 5 star category. John and Cathy were appreciative of our comments in that regard and were very responsive any time we reached out to them.

Everything you need for a great beach vacation

Property was cute with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. There was a grill and ample outdoor space. Close to beach, but I recommend the golf cart for hauling stuff and easy parking. Beach gear was a huge benefit. (We only found one umbrella, so if you need a lot of shade at the beach like we do, bring an extra from home.) Communication was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great July 4th week at the Ebenezer, Surfside

Our family had the best time at this property. It was very clean upon our arrival and nicely updated! It was so convenient to have all of the linens provided; all we had to bring was our beach towels. We ordered ahead and had our groceries delivered from Walmart. The location is very close to the beach. All we had to do was load up the golf cart with the chairs provided and head there for relaxing days in the sun. We would definitely recommend the Ebenezer!

Great Vacation

Nice 3 bedroom place with plenty of room for everyone. Additional room and bathroom located down stairs. Loved the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the beach umbrellas as tents on the beach are only allowed in certain areas. Only thing I would change about the place is when entering house the porch/deck isn’t very wide, you have to step back down or stretch up to open then go up stairs. Would’ve liked a wider deck they. Would definitely rent again though.

Beautiful place, great stay!!

This is a beautifully decorated and very well maintained place. It's close to the beach and has everything you'll need. The golf cart was an awesome convenience and worth the money. We went to nearby ice cream shops and restaurants and could even make a run to the grocery store. We came to MB for a baseball tournament for our son. The downstairs room and bathroom was perfect to give him some privacy from his younger sister and grandfather. We were about 15 mins from the stadium, depending on traffic, and that let us enjoy a little beach time and catch the games. Depending on the schedule, we could even come home between games so our son could shower and cool off. We really liked the family friendly vibe of Surfside Beach. There are some cute shops nearby, but it's not far to a regular mall, outlets, and Broadway on the Beach. We could even see some of the fireworks they had at the beach on the 4th of July from the front window! We had a great trip and would highly recommend this property!!

Great spot very close to the beach

This property was great! It was so close to the beach and the walk to the beach became one of our favorite daily activities. The home was a little smaller than we expected but overall it had everything we need. The communication with the property manager was really good. Some extra things outside of the usual VRBO stuff but good.

Fun week at the beach!

Everyone from my 84 year old mother to my 7 year old granddaughter loved calling this Surfside home our own for the week. Very clean and well equipped! We especially enjoyed renting the golf cart - it was great for hauling all our miscellaneous stuff to the beach and not having to deal with paying for parking was a nice little bonus.

Ebenezer is a great home!

Our stay was wonderful! The only complaint, maybe it’s more of a suggestion, would be to have the basement room set up as a fourth bedroom with an actual bed…fold out sofa was not comfortable for sleeping at all. Other than that we had a great time. Will definitely stay here again if I get back to Surfside in the future.

A Beach Christmas Vacation.

We Loved this beach vacation. This home was very up to date, stylish and comfortable. It seemed to have been very recently remodeled. I even borrowed a few deco ideas for own home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. With a T.V. in every bedroom kids enjoyed being able to have private quiet time in between adventures. The cookware was decent and there were plenty of service pieces for a nice size group. The convenience to the beach and local grocery was great. We walked to the beach every day and our young daughter had no trouble with the distance. We enjoyed being able to take one of the provided chairs or toys to the beach with us. We also loved being able to see the beach during a quite time of year. We have visited during the summer for years. Visiting during the off season still provided a great variety of things to do, some we had never done before and some that are only available during this time of year because they change their shows for the season. We would recommend this home and location to anyone and we are definitely thinking of booking again for one of our future family vacations. Thanks for a great place to stay on our vacation!

We fell in love with this neighborhood the moment we saw it. Melody Lane in Surfside Beach has the perfect mix of quiet charm and beachside convenience.
