As you walk into this lovely home you will enter the living room, there is plenty of seating and a flat screen tv. Enter the dining room area with a large table for all your family meals, tastefully decorated in a nautical theme.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a beautiful king size bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of dressers to fit all your clothes. There's a primary bathroom attached to the bedroom with double sinks and a stand alone shower.

You will love the antique features and the light and bright feeling throughout the house. This is true Cape Cod living! Walk a short distance and you will enter the fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has all the amenities of home.

Off the kitchen is a hallway with a half bath. A few steps from the bathroom is another bedroom with a full size bed.

There is a back staircase and a front staircase in this home. As you approach the upstairs you will find a fun bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, the kids will love this room! Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
