Wouldn’t it be nice relax? To just let your mind wander and rest? This Destin vacation rental promises guests just that- a chance to take some daze off and enjoy the beach air and warm sunshine. It’s beachy modern interior possesses just the right amount of sleekness softened by coastal accents that give you a sense of calm as soon as you cross the threshold.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms beach house is neatly tucked in the gated community of The Villages in Crystal Beach. The large open living area is perfect for movies, games, and just relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is well-appointed with upgraded surfaces and appliances plus plenty of seating. You will find King Primary suites on both the first and second floors! You will also find a queen guest bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. The second floor also has a second living room with a sofa sleeper making a nice place for the kids or teens to hang out.

Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony or poolside at the lagoon pool located just a few houses away. Best of all, the sugar white sand and emerald waters of Destin’s Crystal Beach is only a few short blocks away. There is also a seasonally provided trolley to drive you to the beach if you prefer. And there is an outdoor closet with beach gear for you to borrow for the beach. The search is over. Make your reservation now at “Daze Off”!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This property comes with 3 parking spaces.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Great Vacation House

Spacious house, plenty of room. Close to the beach ( the free beach van was amazing). The pool was awesome. The owners appointed the house very well. It was clean and appeared to be freshly painted. The management company was very easy to work with and very helpful. When we contacted them they returned.the call very quickly. Our stay was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Probably wouldn't pick this property again

We really enjoyed the location of this house. It was very close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants/shopping. We loved the community pool. But there were some issues with the house that we were very disappointed with. We had 10 people staying in this house, and only one person could get any hot water for a shower, then it was completely cold. We called someone to come look at the water heater and they said we would have to stagger our showers because it was a small water heater. Even when we split up our showers (not ideal when on vacation) and took very short showers, it was always cold. Our dishwasher was broken and only got fixed for the last two days of our stay. All the beach chairs, toys, and wagon they picture on the advertisement for the house are broken and don't work. We ended up buying our own stuff because none of it worked. We tried using the beach shuttle they advertised, and no one would answer the phone. We couldn't get a hold of anyone for the shuttle the whole week. It was really disappointing. These houses are so close together that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We had to call the police for a noise complaint because our neighbors were blasting music all night long and our kids couldn't go to sleep. All this to say, we will be choosing a different house next time. For the amount of money we paid, we definitely didn't feel we got our money's worth.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with limited hot water, a broken dishwasher, and unusable beach equipment, especially when traveling with a large group and expecting a relaxing vacation. These are not the experiences we want for our guests, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that utilities, appliances, elevators, or amenities will not fail. However, we will make every effort to repair or restore the use of these utilities, appliances, elevators, or amenities as soon as possible. Our records demonstrate that we have fixed the dishwasher issue the following day after being reported. Regarding the hot water, we recognize that the current system may not meet the needs of larger groups, and we’re evaluating upgrades to better accommodate future guests. We’re also addressing the beach gear replacements and reviewing the beach shuttle communication issues with the appropriate teams. Your comments have highlighted areas we clearly need to improve, and we’re taking them seriously. We’re very sorry that neighborhood noise disrupted your stay. While we can’t always control nearby guests, we understand how impactful this can be, especially for families, and appreciate you taking the necessary steps to report the disturbance. Outstanding Staycation!

Just graduated with MBA and retired from Air Force. Needed a staycation to celebrate. Had a few friends and family over to celebrate and the house was more than accommodating for all of our needs. Only drawback is the parking holds 3 vehicles and was unsure where the overflow was, so had to park off property a bunch for guests. Other than that, this beach house was perfect and we had a blast!
