Our cozy apartment is located in West Bay, 3 minutes away from Beaches, Governors Beach, and Cemetery Beach. Also, this cozy apartment is close to bus stops, dive centers, supermarkets, and restaurants. We are less than 4 minutes away from famous horseback riding, ATV bikes Adventure, Snorkeling, Divetech, Sundivers, Car Museum, Dolphin Cove, and Turtle Farm. I can guarantee you do not have to look any further; this beautiful apartment will make your stay unforgettable. It is a lovely apartment that suits your stay for one night or weeks. A kitchen and dining area are available for hot meals. Towels, clean linens, and beach chairs are also provided. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our cozy place.

Great host, accommodated our early check-in request. The place was very clean and well maintained. We didn't rent a car and relied on the public transportation which exceeded the expectations. Bus stop was less than half a block away, never waited more than 10m, even over the weekends. 15m ride to the Governor's beach, no left-side driving or parking hassle, hop on and hop off for $2.50 per ride, you can't beat that. The are feels very safe, we enjoyed walking around.

Community..

Located in West Bay 15 minutes from downtown Georgetown by car or bus . The management is the most accommodating we have ever experienced ! Need something or even the odd lift, Diane is always ready to lend a hand, Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are more than adequate. Friendly and safe , its not hard to settle in. Enjoy what the Cayman Island offers and look forward to experiencing an amazing level of service.

What can I say, our hosts were brilliant. Kept us up to date ahead of the booking for the check in arrangements, kept in touch during our stay and allowed us to late check out on the day of our departure. When we found an issue with the washing machine they had it checked and replaced within 24 hours. This was brilliant service. The area is quiet and safe and a short drive from the nearest amenities. Would recommend for a Cayman stay.

Premium unit ! Appears to be recently remodeled- granite on counters, walls & floors, fridge, stove, microwave, clothes washer, big internet connected smart TV. All modern fixtures and style. Host has generous touch as unit is fully stocked with all you may need (coffee, spices, toiletries, hand cream, insect spray, beach towels). Host is very responsive/active making sure you have all needed. Close to north side (scuba @ Hi-itech divers) as well as 7-mile beaches. Highly recommend the unit !!

The apartment was nice. It would have rated higher if the air conditioning worked better. The first 24 hours were hot and uncomfortable, and after that it became tolerable. A kitchen towel and a makeup mirror would have also been nice.

One of the most affordable and best homes to stay on the Island

I needed a last minute stay for a few nights, but the site didn't show this property being available for the first night I needed. I reached out to the owner and received a prompt response saying the home could be prepared right away. Due to the quick communication by the owner I was able to book right away. Self check in was easy, and the home was in great condition. Definitely 5-stars!!

Great place and most excellent host!

Hard to summarize all the wonderful things about my stay, but I will attempt to do so
first of all, the place was very clean, bed was quite comfy, location good, internet worked well
but the best part of the stay was the host, Diane. I made the trip by myself so was apprehensive about a variety of things. Diane put my fears to rest completely and checked in on me often to make things were going well. She went out of her way to help me get to and from the airport, get groceries, how & where to catch the bus, etc. etc. I’ve stayed at many places during my travels and can easily say she’s the best host I’ve ever come across. Many thanks for a great trip, Diane!

Great location to explore West Bay

Booked with Diane and Robert for a couple of nights so we could spend some time touring the west side. Nice central location for this. Getting around the area is east and quick. The property is clean and has all you need to be comfortable including kitchen supplies, coolers, beach chairs and towels and basic condiments. Diane reached out a week before our stay and provided us with details. Check in was so simple. They were very prompt in responding to a few questions we had so A+ on communication for sure. We really appreciated their offer of a late check out which allowed us to use the unit for the full day until we could check in to our resort. This allowed us a bit more explore time and we didn’t have to keep our luggage and groceries in a hot car for the day. Thanks for the stay!

The Ricketts are the best hosts EVER! They communicate well. They’re so thoughtful and kind. They have a beautiful place. It’s comfortable and cozy. My husband and I really enjoyed our time in their home. We definitely plan to book with them again. Amazing experience!

Reasonable rate.

Clean and short drive to beaches and stores. Nice extras like beach chairs to use. Only downside, to no fault of the owner, is incessant barking of dog next door.
