Hawthorne 1423 is a gorgeous newly renovated condo perfect for your next vacation!
This condo is almost a penthouse and is a walk-in unit with elevator access. This entire unit is on one level with no steps inside. There is beautiful wood-style tile flooring throughout and a large private deck with access from the dining area. The large windows offer a fantastic lake view from the main living and dining area. This condo is open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and island.
All three bedrooms in this condo have King-size beds and there is an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedrooms have a TV and the living area has a TV with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has en-suite bath with 3âČ X 4âČ shower, a deep soaking tub with jets, double sinks, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd bath is off the hallway with a door to the 2nd bedroom also and includes a walk-in shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hall laundry. We make vacations better with $400 worth of attraction tickets included daily.

You deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned home. After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
**ELEVATOR INFORMATION**
Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.
