Lovely little place!

This was a wonderful little place to stay!! Very cozy, clean and comfortable!! There was a ton of little bonuses included, the hosts were incredibly sweet and responsive, we had a great time!! The beds felt a little old but were still comfortable. We stayed here during the summer so it was pretty warm, but the AC unit and fans made it nice and cool!! Loved it, would 100% stay here again :)

Great location. Small hiccup when checking in but the host was helpful. May is lovely and left us very clear instructions for check in and check out which was much appreciated. The A/C in the bedroom was a life saver.

I really enjoyed my stay. The area is nice, and the building managers were very friendly and communicative. For the cost, it was well worth it.

The place was really nice, super comfortable and had everything we needed! Even most though the hosts were really awesome! They were super duper accommodating and easy to communicate with, made for a smooth check in and trip, and overall a really relaxing easy trip! Would definitely stay again! Loved it here and such a reasonable price!

Home away from home

Whenever my job sends me to Alberta for work I make sure I connect with May for the units in this building. They are clean n modern everything is within walking distance i have everything i need during my days off. May and ryan go above and beyond for those that stay here! I truly feel at home when i stay here and im from out of province!!! Thankyou for your hospitality ☺

Amazing Place, Great Price!

This is an amazing VRBO unit to stay in, has air-conditioning/fans for when it’s the hotter months(which is a life saver). Close to many different amenities that you can walk to in less than 10 minutes(Gym, grocery store, etc.) which saves a lot on gas, the neighborhood is quiet which is also good and the VRBO unit was spotless as well. Overall I give it a 10/10 or 5 stars. Thank you for hosting me!

Pleasant and clean.

We loved having an apartment like stay. Loved having the convenience of a full kitchen and table to eat at. Just keep in mind that it is on the fourth floor and there’s no elevators. Older building and security could be beefed up on the door. Felt unsafe alone.

There are automatic locking outside doors after certain hours, as well as security on site doing regular patrols. There are many long term well behaved tenants, as well as several families with kids, and elderly people in the building, who often comment on how safe the building feels. This is a retaliatory review given by a guest that had a large fight in our unit, broke the kitchen table in half, cut open the bed mattress, and smoked and did drugs in the unit. Please disregard!

There were cockroaches in the bathroom!!! Took photos and in the process of trying to be refunded. Do not stay here. I had a bad feeling when I checked in and should have went with my gut. COCKROACHES.

Very thoughtful, comfortable, and clean

Above and beyond our expectations. So many thoughtful complimentary items and appliances throughout the apartment which made our stay much better than a hotel stay. The location was amazing, only 15 minutes from the West Edmonton Mall! Complimentary use of the electric plug outside was amazing for our plug-in electric vehicle. Communication with the owners was also super easy, reliable, quick, clear, and pleasant! Stay instructions were also very clear and well posted in the apartment. Free wifi and Roku TV with some free channels and several books including a couple activity books such as Sudoku was a great addition. Would definitely stay here again!

Cockroaches

quiet, older building close to downtown full apartment thought it was going to be nice.. the unit wasnt ready until after 7pm (4pm check-in) told me for an extra $50 could be ready on time, i declined and waited until they were done the cleaning. Neighbours had towels stuffed under their doors and i know why... cockroaches, in the drawers bathroom bedroom. Have pics. The unit owner hasnt responded to my complaint as of yet.

This guest booked at 2pm on Sunday for the following day, and then asked us to change it to the same day. The guest then expected to check in within an hour or 2 of booking when we didn't have any cleaners booked for Sunday (since VRBO doesn't allow same day bookings). We rushed to clean the place ourselves since he wasn't willing to cover the costs of a last minute call-in on the weekend. He booked for 1 guest and showed up with 3, and broke several house rules. He then tried to claim a free stay (as most scammers do). Our units are regularly treated for any pests and insects, and there are several preventative measures in place to minimize pest entry. The guest left the suite with food and drinks out, which attract insects.

Nice, clean, very well equipped for short and long stays, very good location. And the cherry on top - May, the host. So kind and helpful. She has good knowledge of local events and places to visit. When I get to Edmonton again I already know where I'll stay.
