Very nice place. Has some debris in the pool when we arrived and messaged the hosts. They immediately dispatched the pool company and issue was resolved within 30 minutes! Very clean, and well kept home. Only down side was absolutely no stock of condiments, spices, or anything, as typical VRBO homes we have stayed at are well stocked, but I also read that in the previous reviews. All around, great place, will book with them again!

The home was very clean, bedrooms were great size, mattresses very comfortable and well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all equipment to cook meals every day if needed. The swimming pool was very nice, nice bbq grill and a great sunrise to see every morning from the boat dock. This home is in a great location close to many great restaurants, boat, jet ski, kayak rental.It’s a great home for reunions. Very happy I booked and will return in the future.

The home is perfectly located, very clean and fully stocked. The host is very friendly, accommodating and responds right away. We really enjoyed having the pool and dock for our boat. Excellent property, highly recommend!

Great place and great hosts. However the pool never heated and couldn’t get anyone out to look at it. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely return.

From the start of the booking to the end my experience has it has been 5 stars. I had to change my reservation to a day earlier and the hosts handled this change seamessly. The Seagate Estate is wonderful! I highly reccommend this property.

Perfect distance.

Overall the house was at a perfect distance from the main attractions, yet it’s a quiet gated neighborhood. A perfect place to have the whole family and friends gatherings and have a good time.

Summer getaway

Perfect house. If you don't mind being away from the craziness of Duval this is the location. My second time renting a property at this location. Can't wait to come back.

Employee vacation

I own a HVAC business and wanted to take one of my crews on a mini vacation to show them my appreciation for all of their hard work. This home was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

Wonderful home for large group

Large home with nice surprises. The pool had a large shallow area that was perfect for small children. The toiletries and little items such as starter washing/dishwashing detergents made it so much easier to pack. Having private bathrooms off each bedroom was a plus Would definitely stay here again.

daughters wedding weekend

get Away in Paradise

The family who lives in different parts of the country wanted to get together for my daughters birthday which is on New Years Eve. We used to do snow skiing trips but decided we wanted warm weather and a place to hang out and relax. This home was perfect, we relaxed around the pool, went into town when we wanted to, or just cooked at home. We stayed for five days and I wished it could have been longer.

Great place for a group getaway

We had a group of 8 of us going away for my husband's birthday and this house definitely did the trick! the location is great (quick uber to Duval) and the house itself was amazing - looked exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint would be that since the other houses are right on top of you, there was a bachelor party next door who was extremely loud and blasting music well into 3-4AM. maybe having a security guard drive around would have helped with that, but otherwise our stay was fantastic.
