This poolside condo at the Yachtsman is ready to be your home away from home for your summer vacation. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, this unit offers updated amenities, multiple sleeping areas, and a location just steps from the pool and private association beach.

The main floor features an updated kitchen with modern appliances, and a dining room. A comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. Sliding doors open to a private patio just steps from the pool entrance, making it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The finished lower level includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest convenience.

On the second floor, the air-conditioned primary suite offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bath, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool.

Head up to the next level where you'll find a full bathroom and the second bedroom , with two twin beds and a smart TV with streaming capability (no cable).

The third floor features a bright loft area with a twin bed and up a few stairs is an additional separate room with another twin bed. This flexible setup makes it easy to accommodate families and groups of up to six.

The Yachtsman Condominiums provide access to a private beach and pool. The property is located on Ocean Street, close to Hyannis Harbor for ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and within walking distance to lively Main Street shops, dining, and entertainment.

Pool Hours: Open daily in July and August. Open weekends only in June. Closed after Labor Day. Please note: the pool may have reduced days/hours during the last two weeks of August due to staffing. "The decision regarding the pool’s closure is determined solely by the condominium association and is outside of our control."

The Yachtsman Condominium Rentals are spacious, multi-level townhouses offering comfort, convenience & retreat. Your private beach home features decks, views & privacy, the perfect Cape Cod location. You will find both vacation rentals & owner-occupied units mixed throughout the property. In order to provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for your vacation pleasure, Condominium Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced. All units are individually owned

"The unit was great. We each had our own separate part of the house. It was great to have it so close to the pool, and a very short walk to the beach, which was nice and private. Close to all that the town had to offer. And the washer/dryer was a nice feature for beach towels.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
