The main part of the home has an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining room, and roomy kitchen. Large French doors open onto a charming patio where you can catch an ocean breeze.

The rest of the home has the same cheerful, ocean theme. Rattan furniture and woven rugs provide a soft, natural touch, while the crisp blue and white decor makes you immediately want to step onto the beach. Along the walls, nautical paintings create a tasteful and unique ambiance.

Spend Time With All Your Loved Ones

Life's a Beach is one of our larger vacation rentals Tybee Island GA. This two-story home has five bedrooms and three baths, and altogether, it sleeps 12 people. The upper part of the home contains a gathering place for you and your family and friends. Multiple plush couches and armchairs are the ideal gathering space, or you can enjoy a meal at the spacious dining table. In addition to the dining table that seats six, there is also a breakfast bar with seating for six.

When it's time to unwind, retreat to one of the five comfortable bedrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a soaking tub. Two more guest bedrooms are located on the same floor: one with a queen bed and the other with a king. Upstairs, you'll find additional sleeping space in a bedroom with two queen beds and another with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. The home also includes two more full bathrooms for added convenience.

In the fully-equipped kitchen, you have access to a full-sized oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There are lounge chairs to relax in the sun, or you can enjoy a shady meal under the patio umbrella. There is even a grill, so you can plan some fun cookouts. If you're in the mood for an even more luxurious experience, you also have access to our resort-style swimming pool which is heated during the chillier months.

Throughout the home, you will find all sorts of thoughtful comforts. The bedrooms have plush pillows, and the bathrooms are loaded with extra towels. Central HVAC heats and cools the house to your desired temperature. A washer and dryer make it easy to get sand and saltwater out of your clothes. The home is also technology-friendly, with satellite television and Wifi throughout the house. We provide soap, shampoo, hairdryers, hangers, and an iron. You can even bring along a furry friend if you want since our vacation home is pet-friendly.

This lets you enjoy all the fun activities of South Tybee while still having plenty of peace and quiet. You're just a short walk from Tybee Beach Pier, or you can ride a bike up to North Beach. All of Tybee's beaches have soft sand and gentle waves that are perfect for swimming, surfing, or paddleboarding.

Tybee Island is also known for its delicious food. Just across the road from Life's a Beach are several tasty restaurants, including Chamacos Tacos & Surf, Sting Ray's Seafood, and Seaweeds Ice Cream. If you're in the mood for a few drinks, you can head over to Tybee favorites like Spanky's Beachside, Doc's Bar, and Fannies on the Beach.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
