Easy access to the riverfront with a quiet reserve across the road below, with plenty of space to relax by the water, tie up the tinny or have a swim. The public boat ramp is just 600m along the road.

Relax in the open-plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen, split system r/c air-conditioner, with sliding door to the front verandah overlooking the river.

Sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms, all carpeted, and with ceiling fans.

Extra living space is provided in the spacious shed to the rear, which is a games room/kids retreat, equipped with lounges, TV, games, mini pool and futsal table.

This is a comfortable cottage with absolutely stunning views, on a quiet and idyllic part of the river, and is a delightful spot to sit back and sip your drink while you watch the boats pass by and the birds circle overhead. This is not the place to come if you want to have parties.

Minimum stay:
2 night minimum, peak periods 3 night minimum. Flexible check in and check out times.

Facilities:

Main room: queen bed.
Two other bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower and vanity. Separate wc and laundry.

We recommend you bring drinking water with you, as the house is plumbed from rainwater tanks and river water. A 10L complementary box of spring water is provided for your convenience.

Sheets, pillows and quilts with covers are provided. Please bring your own bath towels and tea towels.

Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee machine.

Outdoor lounge and dining area, bbq with gas bottle.

The property is not fenced, has no lawned area, and is not suitable for pets.

Rules:
No parties, this is a quiet community. Neighbour complaints may result in eviction.
No additional guests or camping.
No smoking.
Do not park vehicles in front of neighbouring properties, there is ample parking above and in front of the house.
Please dispose of all rubbish in bin provided.
Leave property in a clean and satisfactory manner. Extra $150.00 cleaning fee will apply if extra cleaning time required.
Failure to follow any of the above may result in partial or full bond being forfeited.
