Windjammer is a townhouse-style end unit, providing maximum ocean views, additional privacy, and easy access to the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony on the top level. Guests have access to a large outdoor community pool and a grilling area perfect for picnics. The pool area leads directly to an oceanfront gazebo and a dune walkover that makes getting to and from the beach hassle-free. Conveniently located at Milepost 15 in Nags Head, you'll be less than a mile from shopping, dining, and grocery stores.

This property is very clean and has direct access to the beach. The location is convenient and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to pick from. We stayed there for the Bluegrass Island Festival in Manteo and it was only a 15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this condo, it had everything we needed.

Met expectations in a good way!

The apartment was very clean, cute, comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Walk to beach was super close and easy. Convenient location to town and amenities. We would stay again!

It’s very large and comfortable. It’s more of a dune front although you can see some surf from the upstairs balcony. The tv came with 3 clickers and no instructions. it was odd to go to a rental website instead of VRBO, but they responded and checkout was easy. The unit was quiet and nice.

The facility was great but the view of the beach was impeded by the tall hill behind us, which is why we rented the facility in the first place, The huge mountain of looses sand was so difficult to navigate when attempting to get to the beach. The pics and description of the beach access was not accurate. Please update your beach access.

Great vacation

Perfect location for the beach, dining, and everything in between. 3 minute walk to the beach from door to putting our chairs in the sand. Only complaint is that the pool was not heated and the week we were there was cooler, so we didn't use it as much as we had expected. We hope to return again!

Ocean front condo

The building exterior is in need of attention ( pealing paint, rickety wooden stairs), but the interior of this unit was in fine condition and looked to be recently painted and decorated. The kitchen has everything you would need including a Keurig coffee machine. Short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. View of the water from upstairs bedroom. Pool is close by. Restaurants and grocery are a short drive away.

Great spot,

I can’t say anything wrong about the house. Great for what myself and family were looking for. Got a message on the way down that the oven and stove top weren’t working and would be fixed asap. Was left a convection oven and hot plates, oven wasn’t fixed until the night before we we’re leaving. Bathroom light wasn’t working the entire time we were there and this is the bathroom that has the only shower in the house. Sent a message to the realty company that went unresponded to.

Loved it.

Very nice oceanfront condo that allows you to just step out onto the beach. Great location that is close to restaurants, grocery store, and activities. The condo was nicely furnished with comfortable beds/pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that it appeared that the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival, just the beds made. There was sand and hairs all over the sheets. Sent a message to the management company about getting clean sheets and had no response so we washed them ourselves. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Somewhat disappointed

Normally, when we stay in Resort area with VRBO accommodations are top shelf, and this was more like a camp. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, in fact, upon arriving there was a dead roach in the middle of the floor, and I wondered what the cleaning service was supposed to accomplish. I reached was very nice and easily accessible. The swimming pool seemed dated and while it was clean, it just seemed like we were roughing it. What bothered me the most was we saw some beautiful condos two doors away and when I research those I could’ve stayed there for a little more than half of the money that I spent at this particular establishment so, suffice it to say we will not be returning . The pictures made this place look quite large and spacious. In fact, it is small and cramped.

Won’t be back

To start our vacation, we drove 14 hours to this rental. We arrived in the dark and had texted we would be arriving late. When we arrived, the buildings at Windjammer were all dark. No lights. The number on our unit apparently is not clear to the unit itself so after struggling in the dark with our phone lights on, we called office after hours for help. Even that took some time. Our unit was something like @%@ so we looked for that number The unit was actually @% so by the time we got in the unit with lots of phone help, we were angry. Cleanings just ok, odor of must. View photo was slightly deceiving from upper balcony. We left early and won’t be back.

Location and price were amazing!!

We were a bit early for the season (mid-April) so the weather was cold. But the location and view were amazing!! We had a wonderful stay. Beds and bedding were great. It looked better online than in person (many superficial renovations) but it was still fabulous. We were very happy with this condo and would definitely stay here again.
