The charming Guest Cottages and Summer Cottages within Booe Realty's vacation rental collection sit in the ever popular Shore Drive area. Guest Cottage 30G offers an enviable location, just a quick 5-minute drive to the Tanger Outlet shops and a convenient 10-minute drive to attractions like The Carolina Opry, Pirate’s Voyage, and Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is also within easy reach, approximately 15 minutes away.

These stand-alone cottages, provide the best of both worlds—a complex setting with the privacy of a single private house. Guest Cottage 30G comes complete with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and central heating/air conditioning. Positioned a stone's throw from the beach, these cottages offer under-house parking and access to community pools.

For added peace of mind, Booe Realty offers the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest upon check-in. Booe Realty extends its services to encompass vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Vacation rentals at The Guest Cottages are available for weekly stays and may also cater to shorter daily stays and winter rentals.

Bedding arrangement: 1 Queen bed (with an extra deep pillow-top mattress), 1 Pyramid bed (double on the bottom, twin on top), and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. This cottage is available for monthly winter rentals and overlooks the marsh. Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage, and motorcycles, golf carts and pets are not permitted.
