In the North Wing, grand proportions set the tone: a cathedral-style Great Room, designer Blue Kitchen by Indah Island, and elegant dining that opens to an expansive alfresco and pool deck. A scullery and full laundry ensure seamless stays.

The original Heritage Wing blends farmhouse charm with luxury—featuring four beautifully restored bedrooms with Queen and Double beds, wardrobes, a shared bathroom, and powder room. The interiors nod to timeless Hamptons style with a distinctly Australian warmth.

In the South Wing, the elevated Retreat Room frames serene paddock views and leads to the Bridal Suite, designed with soft florals, plush bedding, a walk-in robe, and indulgent ensuite. The Mezzanine upstairs offers two styled lounging zones—ideal for photo moments or quiet reflection. There is ducted air conditioning in the North Wing and split systems in the South Wing. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
