2. The residences' services ( at the front desk) will need to see an ID and credit card used to book the condo. A damage hold is placed on the card of 150$ each day. It is not a charge. Just a hold.
3. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via the booking site chat, or call us. Please don't hesitate!
4. No packages can be received here, so shipping is not possible.
** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

We have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in our Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.
We ask that you treat the property as if it was your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know. We also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as we have a close relationship with our neighbors and do not want to cause any problems. Please no loud music or disturbances. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules. We want to mention that first so you are aware.
Children are welcome here! however - please keep your children safe. Home is not childproofed.
1. Check-in /Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24-hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 11:00 am checkout time.
All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
2. Guest Interaction: We love to meet and greet all guests. However, in the event that this is not possible we also offer self-check-in with a door code. We have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present ID. Person traveling with guest will not be permitted on property before booking guest has arrived and is confirmed with ID.
3. Guest Access - All areas of the property are for guest use unless locked and designated as Designedvr employees only. Not all garages are accessible or available for your use.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in the listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
5. Unauthorized Guests - Although we do not mind if you invite a friend or 2 over to visit, please do not have extra unauthorized guests stay the night or for extended periods of time. We do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the house unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a 50$ per night charge.
6. Parties or Events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property. Only authorized guests are to be in the house and around the pool area. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level. NO BIG EVENTS OR PARTIES! Please be sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your entire deposit and immediate vacation of the property.
7. Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).
8. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.
9. Trash: All trash are to be bagged and put in waste bins provided. You will find trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it to the trash bins. Please make sure all small trash cans have a bag liner before putting trash inside.
10. Inspections: Property Management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given. The guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
11. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required to reserve the house. You will be required to submit payment using the payment link provided within 48 hrs before check-in. The deposit is in addition to the nightly rate and will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in trash cans and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. If the house is left excessively dirty and there is excessive trash left in the house, there will be an additional cleaning fee deducted from the deposit for the extra cleaning time. The guests will be notified immediately.
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and items 4,5,6,7,8 and 9 are adhered to and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
12. Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00am unless a late check-out is purchased via the Tourist Portal (upon availability). Checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Please text us when you leave so we can get the crew in asap. Also, be advised that failure to vacate on time may result in charging your deposit funds.
*When you check out, please make sure all doors are locked and secured, and that the house looks reasonably neat- like the way it was found. We do not expect you to scrub it clean it but it must be reasonably âpicked upâ and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.

Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this property. Also note, that booking the night before you arrive is also not an option to guarantee early check-in. This is the policy of the hotel - they do not allow guests to check in until 4pm.
Valet parking - if you request your car, you have 15 minutes to retrieve it from the parking ramp. If you change your mind, please send a text message recalling your request.
If you do not pick up your car within 15 minutes, you will be charged $5 for parking fees.
Chairs and towels will be supplied for free at the pool area. The building does have a rooftop pool with gorgeous views, and a hot tub, for your use from 8 am to dusk.
As our guests you will be getting the following

- Early check-in/late check-out.

- No concierge services or front desk services. You cannot call them for issues in the condo--your point of contact will be US(DesignedVR)! We are here for you!
- No bellman service and luggage racks or luggage hold/storage. Please keep this in mind if you have an early arriving flight and plan accordingly. Our greeter can help you with your bags only after the 4pm check in time.
- No laundry services or facilities. We can recommend a close Laundromat or cleaners service if needed.
The hotel has its own maintenance department. Should anything arise during your stay, please let US know and we will contact them directly. The condo is designed for two guests and features 1 King bed and 1 bathroom. Beach-inspired furnishings create a calming environment where you can unwind after enjoying the areaâs parks, cafes, shopping, and coastal paths.

The private balcony brings you close to the sights of the city and the ocean. The building offers access to the pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas during your stay, with the rooftop pool providing elevated views from morning through dusk. Beach essentials are provided so you can easily spend time by the shoreline.

A kitchen gives you space to prepare simple meals or store treats for days at the beach. With a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and cooking basics, you can enjoy the flexibility of dining in whenever you choose.
Wellness & comfort
You will have access to the gym, and daily cleaning keeps the space refreshed with new towels as needed. Essentials like bed linens, bathroom basics, WiFi, and a TV support a comfortable stay. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are also included.

The condo sits directly on the beach and places you close to oceanfront dining, local parks, and nearby shops. With easy access to the surrounding area, you can enjoy coastal walks, explore local restaurants, or simply relax by the water.

Checkout time is 11am.
No Exceptions.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available at this property. Also note, that booking the night before you arrive is also not an option to guarantee early check-in. This is the policy of the hotel - they do not allow guests to check in until 4pm.
Valet parking - if you request your car, you have 15 minutes to retrieve it from the parking ramp. If you change your mind, please send a text message recalling your request.
If you do not pick up your car within 15 minutes, you will be charged $5 for parking fees.
Chairs and towels will be supplied for free at the pool area. The building does have a rooftop pool with gorgeous views, and a hot tub, for your use from 8 am to dusk.
As our guests you will be getting the following
- Use of the Gym.
- Free daily cleaning of the condo- towels restocked or changed.
- Access to stunning pool and hot tub and free pool towels.
- 1 Umbrella and 2 beach chairs are included.
- You will receive WIFI password upon check in.
- Access to the hotel's beautiful restaurants, bars, gourmet market and spa with services a la carte. (pay with cash or credit as you use them.
- Greeter and help with bags.
Note that you will not have access to the amenities (pool area, etc) outside your check-in hours.
Services NOT offered by hosts
- Early check-in/late check-out.
- Room service.
- No concierge services or front desk services. You cannot call them for issues in the condo--your point of contact will be US(DesignedVR)! We are here for you!
- No bellman service and luggage racks or luggage hold/storage. Please keep this in mind if you have an early arriving flight and plan accordingly. Our greeter can help you with your bags only after the 4pm check in time.
- No laundry services or facilities. We can recommend a close Laundromat or cleaners service if needed.
