22 Seamount Quay is set in the desirable Noosa Waters estate, this impressive 4-bedroom, waterfront home encompasses everything you will love about a Noosa holiday! Whether it is relaxing beside your private sparkling swimming pool, fishing from your private sole use jetty, dining at one of the many restaurants on Gympie Tce or strolling along the iconic Hastings St, the choice is totally up to you. Nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, only a short walk from the river foreshore or a short boat ride to the stunning Noosa River, this is truly an amazing holiday home to enjoy.


Having undergone extensive renovations and re-furnishings, 22 Seamount Quay is designed to capture ample light and breezes for year-round enjoyment - the result is the very best that Noosa can offer in holiday properties.

Features 4 Bedrooms:
King bed in main bedroom with a walking wardrobe and ensuite with bath.
King bed in second bedroom with ensuite (The king bed can be split into two king singles - Please contact our team to enquire and book).
Two single beds and a queen bed in bedrooms three and four.

There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower with a separate powder room.

The home has a ducted air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans. Living area features a Smart TV second Open plan living and dining (dining table with seating for 8) and living area with floor to ceiling glass to the waterfront.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, electric cook top and range hood, a microwave and a large capacity 2 door fridge / freezer plus a spacious walk in butler's pantry. If you are enjoy cooking while on holiday, you will love to stay at this property!
Also features fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer located in the garage.

Enjoy outdoors with the sunny swimming pool plus a deck and terrace to the waterfront which includes a timber jetty. There is also a covered waterfront al fresco entertaining area with outdoor dining for 8 with an incredible Webber hot plate BBQ.
Two adult kayaks are also available for guests to use. (Please note that life jackets are not provided and must be provided by guests).

Lock up garage for one car and two car spaces available in the driveway.

Please note if travelling with young children that the outdoor area is not fenced. There are stairs to access the grassy area lading to the canal. The outdoor area is at a higher level than the grassy area.

Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted.
Sorry, no pets.
Loch key can be requested upon $500 bond to be returned upon departure when the loch key is returned.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels and pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was good value for money, in a great location to walk to Gympie Terrace, well maintained and spotlessly clean.The only downside was that the pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photo and in May the water was freezing. The tiles throughout the house are very slippery, we had to be always mindful of that during our stay. Also the king and queen bed mattresses are very hard. More lounge chairs inside and out for when 8 adults are staying there are needed.Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Winning Holidays are easy to deal with.

Great location but house needs some TLC

The house is fantastically located and offers superb sunsets. We really enjoyed our time there, however, it is little things that made it not perfect. First and foremost, the cleanliness was sub-standard: Dust in the bedrooms which did not settle in a short time, kitchenware and kitchen bench dirty. The BBQ was very old, the automatic starter did not work and no fire starter (2 there but none worked) and no matches anywhere. BBQ is sub-standard for such a nice and expensive house. The pool is small, but good for a quick afternoon dip. Yet you can't swim. The outdoor veranda is very nice and we enjoyed our time there. It would be worth a thought to have a proper outdoor table as not everyone wants to sit inside for meals. There is a small gym with old but great gear (again, some cleaning of the spider webs and dust would not hurt). So all in all a great house, but we were surprised about the shortcomings nonetheless.

Great stay despite lockdown

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in Monday afternoon, 6pm Tuesday we went into lockdown. Despite being upset that we were on holidays and unable to go out, we were extremely thankful we got to make the most of being in a gorgeous house in a great location. Lazy days spent out on the deck looking at the water. Kayaking and board games. Lots of conversations and laughter. We actually left feeling like it was the most relaxing holiday as there was no running around. Dishwasher has an issue, contacted NHR and said they replied straight away. Was repaired next day, even had follow up phone call from NHR to make sure all was good. BBQ had no gas, let NHR know, gas bottle was replaced within hours. Amazing service from NHR. Have had holiday rentals through them before and will always rent through them when staying at Noosa! Many thanks a great holiday.
