Overlook on 5th - Entire Home Summer

Welcome to the Overlook on 5th, one of Inlet's best kept secrets. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 2 kitchen home is nestled in the heart of Inlet, NY - sitting on the channel between 4th & 5th Lake, this home has access to all of the areas attractions while maintaining the piece and serenity of a cabin in the woods. In the Summer, the entire home must be rented by the week, Friday - Friday. The rest of the year, this home can be rented separately; upper, lower or both. The Tree House is upstairs with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, great-room with propane fireplace, laundry and screened-in porch, overlooking the lake. Downstairs you'll enjoy The Cottage which has a propane fireplace, kitchen, living room with pull out sofa, master bedroom with a king and screened-in porch, overlooking the lake. Right on the lake, enjoy the beautiful deck with propane grill, fire-pit, sand launching area for kayaks, canoes and paddle-board and dock for your boat. Being centrally located, you have the advantage of walking to everything in town. The Town of Inlet is rich with things to do and places to visit. We have the Adirondack's best gelato at Northern Lights, shops galore, a grocery store, Ace department store, a bookstore, 2 coffee shops, the very famous Pine Bakery and some wonderful restaurants. At Arrowhead Park, you'll find a lakeside boardwalk, beautifully manicured beach, tennis courts and children's playground. At Fern Park, you'll find easy hiking trails, in the Summer, a pickle court and in the Winter an ice skating rink and beautiful sledding hill.

Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. After your adventures, relax at local bars and restaurants or explore the charming streets filled with shops and attractions.Linens are not included. You will need to bring linens for 4 king beds, a double/full and a twin.

There is a propane grill - We do not inventory propane, therefore there may not be any when you arrive. We do not require you to leave a full tank.

There is a drip/regular coffee maker and k-cup machine in both kitchens.
