Welcome to Hilton Head Cabana 48!!

Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at Hilton Head Cabana 48, a beautifully maintained townhouse just a short stroll from the beach along South Forest Beach Drive. Unique among its peers, this villa boasts two and a half bathrooms, offering added convenience for your stay.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully updated interior with an open floor plan. The modern kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and full-size appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, a stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience.

The main level is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a powder room near the dining area. The living room, furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 65" 4k Samsung Smart TV, opens onto a private patio. Enjoy outdoor dining with a gas grill and seating that overlooks the serene, end-unit courtyard.

On the second floor, the master bedroom awaits with a king-size bed, a 43" Samsung Smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Hilton Head Cabanas provides a tranquil, family-friendly environment. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard, take a dip in the pool, or fire up the grill for a cookout—all within the safety and privacy of this charming community.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30 lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa. Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area.

The kitchen was fairly well equipped, a lot of the plates and dishes were mismatched. It looks like it might be time for a new set. The only drawback to the condo was no storage for your food. It would be great if a rack could be put up so the guest could store their food.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Great location and the place was very nice. We liked that we had a private entrance. The fire alarm was chirping when we arrived but was fixed pretty quickly. Also the mattresses in second bedroom were not very comfy but the master was great. The toilet was running in secondary bath upstairs also. We would have loved to have had an ice maker but made due with filling the ice trays. But other than that the the place was set up great. Really liked that each person had their own closet. We also liked how close the townhome was to shopping and restaurants. Beach entrances were good too once we figured them out. Loved the quite back porch area and how “hidden” it was!!!! Very nice!!! Easy access to pool and loved the shed out front for storing beach items!! Overall we liked the complex a lot and will be back!

Reviewer Comments: - excellent location across street from beach, walking distance to shopping and restaurants - unit could use some maintenance/upgrades: all electrical plug outlets in living room need replacement. Cords don’t stay plugged in and some plugs are actually burnt. There was a leak in dining room ceiling which was fixed however the hole in the ceiling was not patched. Furniture in living room is big and clumsy and outdated. TV cabinet takes up a lot of space, too many large end tables etc. - kitchen utensils could use updating.- the fridge leaks and makes a mess of kitchen floor- it would be nice to have a screen in the front door to have some air circulation - the spare bedroom bathroom ceiling was repaired with caulking which is coming apart - some molding would fix that issue - vacation company was very responsive and courteous
