Wonderfully Updated Two Bedroom Condominium with Ocean Views!

This two bedroom Hampton Place condominium has been completely updated, including a whole-unit water filtration system, and follows a contemporary beach theme.

Enjoy the sunrise with your breakfast on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the pool and the beautifully landscaped gardens. This oceanfront villa, in centrally located Palmetto Dunes, has it all – the beach is just past the pool, over the dunes boardwalk. Pickleball, tennis, golf and kayaking are just a short walk or bike ride away. This first floor villa is one flight up from the covered parking or use the convenient elevator.

The kitchen is beautiful with its custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully-equipped with all the accoutrement of home, making cooking a meal for the family an easy task. The kitchen bar seats two. Adjoining the kitchen is the formal dining area which seats six. Beyond the dining area, the living area features beach contemporary furniture, including a queen sofa bed, along with a Smart 70” TV and slider to your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bedroom has its private balcony as well, perfect for your morning coffee! The primary bathroom consists of a custom-tiled walk-in shower and separate tub for those that like a soak.

The guest bedroom consists of one queen and one twin bed, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy sweeping views of the immaculate Hampton Place grounds, pool complex and the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the easy access to the large swimming pool, lap pool, hot tub, children’s pool, sundeck, grilling area and private gym.

Ideal place for a relaxed family Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our family of four. Each child had their own bed, but still shared the bedroom space for good bonding time. The master suite was idealistic with a private balcony for morning coffee alone :), and being able to appreciate the sun coming up without facing it directly. The unit was very cozy and clean, and the pool was the perfect size for the amount of people there (which was not that many like most SN locations). This helped us realize a nice fun, relaxing vacation experience. The only down side is that the unit isn’t available for our next vacation :(.

Zero complaints! 100 percent positive!!

We were nervous about staying here after we saw a bad review. I literally cannot say one bad thing about this place! Very clean, up to date. Comfortable furnishings. Perfect beach decor. All the kitchen supplies you need. Bathrooms and closets were clean and spacious as well. TVs in every room. 2 balconies with beautiful views. Quiet…not many people at the pool or beach. We biked everywhere! So many things to do. Air conditioner works great. If anything, bring a light sweatshirt because it does run colder in the unit. We were able to park right below the unit in the garage. Plenty of parking and never had to take the elevator because it is just one floor up from the parking garage. We would 100 percent recommend this place to any family and will definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful experience. Very clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped. Would definitely come back. Very nice and hated to leave. Recommendations: Fruit fly problem and we kept food put away and kept counters and floors clean. Recommend better sheets (thin, low thread count) and the pillows were very flat; recommend Hotel collection or some brand in line with the price point of this condo. Mattress was comportable. Also, for what we paid it would have been nice to have been provided more than one trash bag for the kitchen. They provided multiple dishwasher and laundry soap pods, but only one trash bag. Also, recommend a hook of some type either in the master bathroom or the closet. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Poor Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We unfortunately had a terrible experience in this unit. While the view is really lovely, the unit was dated and the air filters, and air ventilation system was not being maintained. And the unit was extremely dusty. There were visible layers of dust on the lamps. I got sick from staying in the unit with the dust, poor air quality, that we had to check out early. I was very disappointed with the stay and would have left the unti sooner had we not paid so much money for the rental. It was a miserable experience.

Dear Stephanie, We are so disappointed to hear that you had such issues during your stay. We checked our records, and the entire HVAC system was serviced at the beginning of May and everything was in tip-top shape. We will, of course, have them back out to make sure that that is still the case. We just wish you had called us while you were here so that we would have had the opportunity to assist you. Our main goal is to make sure that all of our guests are having the vacations that they have dreamed of, so to hear that you had such issues but didn't let us know is troubling. We– spouse, teenage child, mother-in-law - all agreed that the condominium was immaculate in every way. The location and view were spectacular. We will definitely book again and for a longer duration. The owners have taken great care of the property and have provided almost everything that a family would need within the unit. We would like to thank them for making our experience – memorable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stay was good place was nice the area is perfect. Pool area is slick people where slipping and falling. The only thing i didnt like was feeling rushed to leave. We pay to stay there for a week its not cheap we have till 10 to be out so around 9-930 the cleaning lady is outside giving me this stare as i take stuff to the car like we are wasting her time. So at 10 we are standing out side of the door with the door closed getting ready to puch the last cart to the car as we are pushing the cart i say bye to the lady and thank you and she said nothing. We get to the car and i get a call from palmetto dunes management saying the housekeeper called and said we where still in the room. Then telling me we will get charged per hour the longer we are there. Didn't bother to ask if we where do or if we where okay just threatened me with fees. I told her we are not in the room we where loading the car up but it didn't matter what i said she kept on with the fees and what the housekeeper said was over everything. We hang we where still loading the car. I call back to make sure i wasnt getting charged cause we where out at 10 left a message no call back sent a email no call back. Also the dishwasher didn't work and wasn't fixed while we where there someone came reset it but still never work.

We know that tension can get heightened in the heat of the moment and we do apologize if the check out procedure caused any additional stress. There is a lot of hustle and bustle in the resort and we are sure that there was no ill will intended as there are many of these calls made daily that may have been misinterpreted.
