This charming two bedroom cozy cabin is located in the in the heart of the West Arm of Lake Nippissing. Miles of boating and known for it’s amazing fishing. The cottage is located adjacent to the home owners property. With a shared driveway. It also has it’s own dock and fire pit. Canoe, paddle boat, kayaks are there for your use.boat launch near by

Great Stay!

Patti and Denis were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay by the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Beautiful Cottage

The cottage is beautiful and well kept, it has everything you could need for a quiet relaxing stay. It is situated right on the water and feels very private, the surrounding locale are friendly. Patti and Denis are extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible!

Lovely Quiet Area

Hosts were excellent, very helpful and made sure everything was available for us. It’s such a lovely location for family time, we took our dog too and I’m not sure who enjoyed more! Overall a great place to stay, relaxing and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

St Charles vacation

A lovely and tranquil spot located along the western arm of Lake Nippissing. The cottage was perfect for 2-person getaway. Immacuately clean and had all ammemities as promised. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get out of the big city hustle and bustle.

Relaxation Rental

Patti was such a kind soul, helping us check in and aiding us in any way possible to ensure our time we spent there was great. The property is spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could think of to enjoy a place away from home. My wife and I would definitely book again.

Canada Day getaway

Our first time cottaging and had a blast. Fishing off the dock was great! Free use of the paddle boat was a great addition that our son loved. Very quiet area. Everyone in the area was super friendly. Super clean cottage that had everything you needed! Dog friendly too! Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Great place to relax and unwind from city life.

Lovely spot

We enjoyed our short stay at this lakeside cottage; cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. Patti and Denis were great hosts, responded quickly to any questions and provided information on the property and surrounding area. The only recommendation we would make would be to add some sort of cooling/air conditioning - weather was very hot during our stay. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short, but hope to visit again in the future when we can take more time to relax and enjoy the property and lake.

Stay was relaxing and nice

We were greeted once we got they by the owner and they showed us around the property . Asked if we had any question. They also check-in if they seen us and asked if everything was good. Patti and Dennis were very nice people they took us out on the boat and showed us where they were around the island. Would recommend it to people

Denis and Patti are great hosts that make you feel right at home the second you arrive. The cabin is equipped with just about everything you need and is very comfortable. Supplied with indoor and outdoor games or relax under the gazebo by the water a great experience to be had!

Amazing summer getaway

Lovely cottage! Beautiful outside deck and patio. Convenient lakeside dock with easy access to our boat. Inside of cottage was very clean and organized, kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils and cookware we required. Patti and Denis were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at this charming lakeside cottage!

Lovely cottage getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage which was located right next to the lake. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. Came with kayaks, canoe and a paddle boat. Lake is very calm and good for swimming. It was so peaceful to hang out on the dock. Owners were very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice, relaxing cottage vacation away from the city buzz.

A beautiful new cottage and very clean w

We enjoyed out stay very much the cottage is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen very well equipped for making meals . The owners are very courteous, communicate quickly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. It's refreshing to not only stay at a gem of a spot, but to also have hospitable hosts encouraging you to enjoy their space.Thank you very much for the a boat tour Danis. We LOVED this vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it as a vacation spot for some rest and family time.

I wish all VRBO owners were like this

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts, denis and Patti were great. Denis took us for a boat ride when we got there and then even lent us his fishing gear which we used right off the dock. You can tell someone with taste bought everything - kitchen was fancier than my son's apartment. Our favourite was the outside firepit feet from the lake.

Relaxing getaway

A wonderful cottage getaway with everything one could want. This lovely cottage was situated right on the water. A gorgeous deck that one could enjoy water toys or just relax in both sun or shade. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing is what we were looking for and this most definitely exceeded our expectations. Patti and Denis couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. We wish to thank you both so much for this much needed vacation and will most definitely be back!

What an amazing place to stay! Over and above anything I expected! When I originally booked it was a little over budget and I was looking for another place before my free cancellation, I didn't find anything and let me tell you that I am SO glad I didn't and it was worth the extra money to stay here! Amazing waterfront cottage

We had the absolute best time! The property was very clean, well equipped and the view was incredible. The cottage is very nicely decorated and felt like home. We had our morning coffee relaxing on the dock enjoying the view. And even though we had rain at times, the gazebo on the dock ensured we didn’t have to spend our time inside. There were lots of options for entertainment, whether outside or inside. Our hosts were always available to answer our questions. We definitely will be back! Left relaxed and rejuvenated.

Lovely Waterfront Stay, Perfect for R&R

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Patti and Dennis' cottage. It is newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The outdoor space is also fully equipped, and there is access (via the main house) to many additional water and land toys. Both hosts were quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, and this helped make the stay very easy. The nearby towns were about 10 minutes away with groceries, liquor store and places to eat. Plenty of space in the area for walks with our dogs. Sudbury is less than an hour away - with great food, wanders and shopping. We would highly recommend staying at this place - for friends or a small family!
