Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost â Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. Youâll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
