ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- All guest names and ages need to be registered prior to checking in
- The pool will be heated between October 15 and April 15 to a comfortable temperature of 85 degrees. Please remember that a heated pool is not equivalent to a hot tub, this means that during unusually cold days (under 55 degrees), every pool heater loses energy efficiency, therefore the pool may not be able to reach the full temperature setting of 85 degrees
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property
- Person making the reservation is fully responsible for any property damage
- While the fridge has an ice maker, it is not set up to function
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras along the perimeter and entrance of the home. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell, facing the entryway. Camera 2 faces the air conditioning unit, and cameras 3 and 4 face the pool equipment. They should not infringe on your privacy and do not look into any interior spaces
