The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials needed to make a delicious home cooked meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and additional seating for 3 people at the breakfast bar. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the condo as well as free Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions throughout.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Enjoy the unobstructed views from the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also offers a queen size bed which allows this condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. There is a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo in the hall.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
