A few of us came in from New Mexico to play in Moab. This house was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed making coffee and sitting outside in the backyard listening to only birds. Thank you for sharing your home.
First impression was a clean, efficient, quiet house with tons of space in a perfect location and the time we spent there validated our first impression. Will definitely stay here again.
This is our 5th or 6th stay in Monticello. This home was great. Lots of space, well maintained, great neighborhood. Very smooth processes, clear communications. Highly recommended. Aloha
Loved everything about the house - lots of room, great views from back patio, excellent fit out in kitchen and baths, very convenient to Canyonlands Needles district. Only complaint is that there were plug-in air fresheners in every room. It hurt our noses! If you have any allergies or sensitivities to the chemicals in these items, you should avoid or arrange in advance to have them removed. First thing we did is open all the windows, unplug them all, and put them in an unused bedroom with the door shut. Too bad as everything else about this property was great!
Great property away from the hustle and bustle of Moab. Large and comfortable home with a full size garage. Very well equipped for anything you may need in the kitchen. We went to Moab for three days of sightseeing and it really is a short distance overall because very little traffic. Moab can be a nightmare to drive in and around.
The bedding in the N/E bedroom had some mouse dropping on the pillow shams. I listed that problem on the checkout site. Should be still evident on the piled shams in that bedroom. Overall, the house was very nice and the surrounding neighborhood very quiet. Will check for availability next year.
