Entrance/Great Room
Jaws will drop as you enter the eye-popping great room, a grand socializing space outfitted with standout Transitional-style decor. This contemporary room boasts an abundance of seating options and a massive TV: the perfect backdrop for lounging or entertaining guests.

Kitchen & Dining
The adjacent, top-of-the-line kitchen features classy marble countertops, high-end appliances, and a sleek, spacious island with seating for enjoying mealtime (or game night) together. Inches away, an open-concept dining area offers a ton more space for a sit-down feast with the entire crew.

Themed Bedrooms
Even better: the kids will be begging to go to bed once they spot the two immersive themed bedrooms. The Parisian Paradise room will transport them from the hot Florida sun to the fashion runway, brought to life with chic furnishings and wall décor.

Next door, the Secret Galaxy room will transport your little ones to a lush green planet in a galaxy far away. Here, they can climb kid-sized ladders to explore treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds), while a twisty slide whisks them back to earth. • Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
