Graduation Trip

I recently graduated with my associates degree and wanted to take a trip to Savannah! Rob’s place is extremely clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is very close to downtown. It’s about a 12 minute walk to Forsyth park. The only downside was the street parking, but I think it was because of a local college graduation and families were in town. Rob is really easy to contact, he was very prompt at answering. There is a backyard between Rob’s home and the rental. My son LOVED going there and looking for the lizards, squirrels, birds or whatever else was there!

Excellent rental - clean, with amenities beautiful backyard, bikes, grill, and great location!

The place is lovely, just as advertised in photos. It's a smaller space, perfect for a couple getaway, and exceptionally clean and well maintained. Rob lives on the property in this main house (the rental is an ADU with it's own entrance) and is very responsive to needs and questions. Check in process was a breeze. There's lots of amenities like a coffee pod machine, a lovely backyard and grill space, 2 bikes you can use to explore town, TV with Chromecast, etc. Great location as well, right along the free shuttle line to the waterfront area. We also walked down, it's about 1.5 miles to the historical district where there's more to do. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants up by the place too so we didn't need to head down there for a quick bite. What a gem to stay at in Savannah!

Oasis in the city

It is said that memories are made by how one feels about a place. Our host, Rob, has created a serene outdoor setting. Comfortable seats from which to enjoy the birds at the feeders, flowers and greenery. The unit itself is cozy, with street parking easy to find. It’s close enough to walk to downtown, but removed enough to be peaceful and quiet. Rob is happy to sit and chat, but is never intrusive. Ten stars!

Wedding in Savannah

We brought our 20 lb Westie with us to attend a wedding. This was a perfect place for us. It was easy to get in and get out. Perfect area for our dog. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet and private.

Heart of Savannah

Our stay was great. Easy walk to Forsyth park and a short drive into the city. Parking was plentiful by the home. Backyard was spacious and nice to have. Spent most of the time in the city so the apartment was the perfect fit for two travelers and a dog! Host was responsive and offered amenities such as bikes, fire pit, washer/dryer.

Christmas Season in Savannah

The apartment was perfectly located to access the parks, the historic district and the shops along the river. We walked (about two miles to the river through the historic district) and also utilized the free DOT bus that stops near the apartment. We had our Cavalier King Charles along and the fenced in yard was perfect for him to roam around while we read our books in the courtyard. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Rob (the host) responded very quickly on a question we had. Our time was short In Savannah so we will have to schedule a return trip.

This property is in a very convenient location within walking distance of so many things. Very nicely stocked to take care of anything you need. Host was quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfy and cozy. Perfect amount of space for us. Close drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner Rob was great and responded to us within a timely manner.

Perfect Little Getaway

A perfect apartment that is a great distance from the downtown historic area of Savannah. Not too far but not too close. Most things are walkable! It was very clean, exactly how it was described, comfortable, quiet area, and a great place to come back to after a long day of touring and walking about. We hope to come back very soon!! Highly recommend!!

Nice location

Small but nice place to stay! It was clean, appreciated the complimentary soap/shampoo in the shower, and loved the keyless entry. Walking distance to a variety of coffee shops/bakery/restaurants. We found a few sugar ants on the kitchen table and on the floor.

Perfect for our stay

We spent a few days as first time Savannah visitors at the apartment. The host was very easy to contact and helpful with suggestions of food and drink places. The Wi-Fi was a little slow and seemed to be unstable at times. The bed was great and the pillows were too. Loved the location and size. Great little spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The space is very nice. Our biggest complaint is that there really wasn’t working WiFi (or TV since it needed WiFi) although the listing said there was, so that felt a little dishonest. We almost gave it three stars instead of four, but we did really like the space and location. The fenced yard was a great bonus for staying with dogs.

Not so clean.

Although the overall stay was smooth, the interior of the property was not clean. While taking a shower there were little bugs all over the corners of the shower. It also has mold in the bathroom. It didn’t look or feel like the bathroom have been wiped down in a long time. The couch felt dirty and the rugs on the floor look nasty. There’s no where on here for me to attach the photos and videos I have but I had to record the corners of the shower and ceiling.

Great Place, Great Price

Needs some touching up on the walls. Baseboard next to shower needs replaced, while also fix the water leak coming out of shower. Everything else was just fine. Do the things I mentioned affect our stay?? No, but it would show the owner takes pride in the property. Overall would def stay there again

Perfect place to explore all Savannah has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah! Our family really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was nice to be in a historic neighborhood but not right at the riverfront. The area restaurants were great and I loved walking my dog each morning and seeing SCAD students walking to class. Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing darts in the evening. Fun area places to check out include Bull Street Tacos, Starland Yard, and Two Tides Brewing!

Savannah is Awesome

This place was in a great spot for us. Bakery, bar, restaurant, park, convenient store all within a few close blocks. We did not walk to downtown/city market area from here, but could have. Host made process so easy to be there. Gorgeous little outdoor area was perfect for a quiet evening, and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in area time too. We would stay here again!

Great apartment walking Forsythe Park

Plenty of plush towels and a comfortable bed were a plus, in addition to basic supplies that were provided. Keyless entry was easy to operate. Property manager was quick to respond for a minor problem.
