Cozy Sauble Beach Hideout | Walk to Beach & Park!

Escape to our charming Sauble Beach Cottage, just minutes from the Beach, Marina, and the Provincial Park. Perfect for families and friends, our cozy retreat offers a fully-equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. Enjoy the outdoor basketball net, indoor arcade setup, and relax on the shaded deck. Comfortable living spaces with fans in the bedrooms guarantee a restful stay.

• 10-minute walk to Sauble Beach
• 5-minute walk to the Marina
• 15-minute walk to the Provincial Park

Our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 double-bed bedrooms and 2 futons in the basement. Enjoy two family rooms with smart TVs, streaming Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. Relax outside with a BBQ (propane included), a picnic table, and a fire pit (wood not included). For active guests, there’s a basketball net and badminton setup. On rainy days, head to the basement for board games and a foosball table.

Important Details:
• Outdoor furnishings available from June 1st to October 1st.
• Fire pit available year-round.
• Linens provided for main bedrooms; (futon linens not included).
• One well-behaved dog allowed for $50—please inform us in advance.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire cottage during their stay. Parking is available for 2-4 vehicles, located in the front near the basketball net.

Nice Hideaway for the fam

Sauble Beach Getaway

We stayed 4 nights Aug. 11-14, 2024. Perfect location close to many activities, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Very quiet. Nice sized cottage, comfortable beds, clean, A/C and portable fans. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. 2 TVs, Wifi. Easy communication with hosts.

Cozy cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. We were impressed with everything but especially the big bathroom and having towels and toilet paper already there. The beds were very comfortable. The basement was also very nice and big. I truly appreciated the communication with the owners throughout our stay. Will rent again for sure.

Hideout cottage

We loved the location of this cottage! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding and a large bathroom. As a bonus feature, there is a large games room in the basement. On our way out we ran into Sean J. and Catherine, they were very kind and friendly. We would rent here again!

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood

This was my first time staying in North Sauble and it was so peaceful compared to the main Sauble area. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to all the attractions. The cottage was just perfect with a great yard and room downstairs to relax after a day of hiking and beaches. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for opening your vacation home to me and my dog. We loved our time there.

Sauble Falls Hideaway

Excellent location right on main route to beach. Excellent, well -kept & stocked small cottage for two people. Sleeps more but works best for two people. 15 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to Sauble river but far enough away from the chaos of the main Sauble Beach activity to allow you to enjoy the fantastic sand dunes and beaches.

Enjoyed our stay!

Our cottage stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The area was quiet and made for a restful stay. The only issue we had was with the disposal of our garbage, driving 5km in the opposite direction and paying a fee to drop off one bag of garbage. Garbage removal should have been included given the nightly rate we were charged.

Weekend getaway

Overall good accommodations. Landfill was closed on Sunday when we left so we needed to take our garbage home with us (thankfully we had a pick up truck and we’re able to put the garbage in the truck bed). Outlet covers should be added to the two outlets in the living room as this can be a danger with small children. Please consider removing the scent diffusers my husband has a lavender allergy and woke up wheezing due to the scent diffusers.

Great stay: Good location, well equipped

The cottage is easy to access, nice area allowing fast access to main Sauble Beach area (by car ideally, but also accessible with a 20min walk ). In a nice charming neighborhood, with water view just down the street, great relaxing morning walks with our dog. The place had everything we needed and more, with volleyball net and various balls, frisbee and toys. Furnitures and carpet could use a little refresher or deep cleaning however, but I assume that this is to be expected when accepting dogs, which was very important to us. Owners were responsive and helpful when needed. All in all a great stay

Stay at 1236 Sauble falls Rd., Sauble Beach, Ontario

The best cottage that I've ever stayed in. It was clean, very comfortable, modern and cute. Loved the labeling to help the newcomer in the cottage. Organization of the kitchen is excellent. The only thing that would have helped would have been a tea towel to dry the dishes after air-drying and before putting them into the storage shelves. Other than that it was a marvelous cottage. Thank you for the experience, Sean and Catherine.

Love this Cottage!

So happy we stayed at this place for our vacation in Sauble Beach! Private and quiet location for relaxing and still quick to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Jerome and Catherine were easy to reach and quick to reply to our questions and provide assistance. We enjoyed the large front deck, fire pit, and sitting area outside. Lovely furnished and decorated rooms, clean and so well organized throughout. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and soft white sheets, duvets and extra pillows. We appreciated the convenient coded entry for the front door too. We really had a nice stay here and felt so well taken care of by the effort and thoughtfulness that was obviously taken to set up this cottage

Cute & cozy getaway by the river

A nice, clean cottage space, with lots of games and leisure activities on the property to keep busy on days where the beach itself isn't an option. Outdoor seating area was especially nice. Hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. A few more specific notes for people considering renting here: I found the beds to be surprisingly firm -- which might be a selling-point or not depending on your tastes. I'm used to vacation rentals having Ikea beds with half-broken slats that leave you sinking into the middle all night, so I didn't mind having the support. Also if you are sensitive to scents there are two automatic air fresheners that go off at regular intervals, but given how accommodating the owners were I bet if this is an issue for you they would probably be happy to do something for you there. The last note is that the principal dining space is outside on the deck, but the coffee table in the main room pops up and there are tables in the basement for days when eating outside isn't an option. :) All around it's a cute place and we really liked it.

Sauble Falls Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hideout in Sauble Falls. The property is clean and quaint. The fire pit onsite is a great feature. It is about a 10 minute drive to the beach and 15 minute drive to the downtown. Ideal for 2-4 guests.
