Escape to our charming Sauble Beach Cottage, just minutes from the Beach, Marina, and the Provincial Park. Perfect for families and friends, our cozy retreat offers a fully-equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, and Free Parking. Enjoy the outdoor basketball net, indoor arcade setup, and relax on the shaded deck. Comfortable living spaces with fans in the bedrooms guarantee a restful stay.

Our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 double-bed bedrooms and 2 futons in the basement. Enjoy two family rooms with smart TVs, streaming Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. Relax outside with a BBQ (propane included), a picnic table, and a fire pit (wood not included). For active guests, there’s a basketball net and badminton setup. On rainy days, head to the basement for board games and a foosball table.

‱ Linens provided for main bedrooms; (futon linens not included).

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach about 10 min walk (3 min bike ride). Cottage had a ton of activities. Area was private and quiet. Cottage had everything you would need for a getaway. Hosts were very quick to reply with anything we needed. Cottage supplied all items in terms of preparing and cooking meals. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

Not a 400/night Sauble cottage. 1) The listing not accurate - No first aid kit, oven did not work, BBQ not useable (racks rusted, no cover, no brush available to clean), outdoor furniture not as pictured (Chairs and table missing),15min walk to beach IF able bodied, door frame broken.2) 2 days to reply the first time (weak apology having to vacuum at arrival) and then never replied at all (and have not replied to this day). Said they were out of country. 3) Fabric furniture desperately needs cleaned. Hairy, stained and indoor sofa was actually covered in debris. We had to vacuum the indoor/outdoor furniture.4) Cottage as a whole needs a deep clean/TLC. Rugs stained. Fans, AC, window ledges, baseboards, drawers, top of fridge covered in dust/debris. 5) Mattresses not protected. One of the check out rules is to remove the linens. In doing this for 1 bed I was subject to mattress stains since there was no mattress cover. 6) Unwelcoming. No welcome note/token. “Rules” are posted everywhere. Framed, laminated, labelled. It’s excessive for an adult rental. Garbage to clarify - 4 per garbage bag at the landfill. Owners charge 5 or 10 per bag depending on the instruction you read (notes/listing at times conflict). There was no guidance or bin provided for recycling - free at the dump. Pros - Clean towels/sheets/bathroom. Basketball in basement (we had to fix it to play). Cute deck. Good selection of kitchenware. Sauble itself is always incredible.

We had a great time staying here. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The game room is fun and clean and the few minor issues we reported were rectified quickly by very friendly people. Pro tip: there is a nice little store only a 5 minute walk away that has a great selection of items that is very reasonably priced. We had more ice cream than we should have but we were on vacation so it doesnt count. We will return to this beautiful little cottage.

More for one family

Beautiful location and proximity to the beach. However, I would recommend only one family as it is pretty tight. The kitchen would need a fan (the ceiling fan is not sufficient ) as it gets quite smoky when cooking we had to open the front door when we made our meals. Not having a dining table indoors was problematic when the weather did not permit us to eat outside. I would recommend removing the carpets if pets are permitted. Musty smell in the house, needs new AC. We had to remove lots of cobwebs in the basement for the kids to sleep comfortably. A couple of us tripped in the staircase going down as it is quite steep. Would not recommend if you have a small child.

Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Maison propre et bien dĂ©corĂ©e. Accueillante et chaleureuse. Tout est Ă  notre disposition pour faciliter le quotidien. Assez prĂšs de la plage, mais pas trop, ce qui rend la propriĂ©tĂ© charmante et Ă  l’abri des rues plus bruyantes et achalandĂ©es.Deux choses Ă  savoir, mais qui n’ont pas du tout nui Ă  notre sĂ©jour: 1. Il n’y a pas de table Ă  manger Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. Moins pratique j’imagine les jours de pluie, ce qui n’a pas Ă©tĂ© notre cas par chance.2. Pas de linges Ă  vaisselle Ă  notre disposition.

We stayed 4 nights Aug. 11-14, 2024. Perfect location close to many activities, shops, restaurants, beach, etc. Very quiet. Nice sized cottage, comfortable beds, clean, A/C and portable fans. Lots of indoor and outdoor games. 2 TVs, Wifi. Easy communication with hosts.

Sauble Falls Stay

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hideout in Sauble Falls. The property is clean and quaint. The fire pit onsite is a great feature. It is about a 10 minute drive to the beach and 15 minute drive to the downtown. Ideal for 2-4 guests.

Weekend getaway

Overall good accommodations. Landfill was closed on Sunday when we left so we needed to take our garbage home with us (thankfully we had a pick up truck and we’re able to put the garbage in the truck bed). Outlet covers should be added to the two outlets in the living room as this can be a danger with small children. Please consider removing the scent diffusers my husband has a lavender allergy and woke up wheezing due to the scent diffusers.

Cozy cottage

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. We were impressed with everything but especially the big bathroom and having towels and toilet paper already there. The beds were very comfortable. The basement was also very nice and big. I truly appreciated the communication with the owners throughout our stay. Will rent again for sure.

Our cottage stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The area was quiet and made for a restful stay. The only issue we had was with the disposal of our garbage, driving 5km in the opposite direction and paying a fee to drop off one bag of garbage. Garbage removal should have been included given the nightly rate we were charged.

Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood

This was my first time staying in North Sauble and it was so peaceful compared to the main Sauble area. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and a short drive to all the attractions. The cottage was just perfect with a great yard and room downstairs to relax after a day of hiking and beaches. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for opening your vacation home to me and my dog. We loved our time there.

Great stay: Good location, well equipped

The cottage is easy to access, nice area allowing fast access to main Sauble Beach area (by car ideally, but also accessible with a 20min walk ). In a nice charming neighborhood, with water view just down the street, great relaxing morning walks with our dog. The place had everything we needed and more, with volleyball net and various balls, frisbee and toys. Furnitures and carpet could use a little refresher or deep cleaning however, but I assume that this is to be expected when accepting dogs, which was very important to us. Owners were responsive and helpful when needed. All in all a great stay
