Cabana Crush is a beautiful 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom spacious retreat in the gated Villas of Frangista Beach community, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests. Spread across 3 stories, the home blends coastal style with modern Florida character, creating an upbeat setting for families and friends to enjoy time together. Inside, the main level features an open gathering space with a cheerful living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room designed for sharing meals and planning the day’s adventures. Eight thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide room for guests to settle in, including a 3rd-floor bunk room complete with a foosball table that adds a fun element for the kids. Whether returning from the beach or spending downtime indoors, the home offers comfort and convenience across all three floors.

Outdoors, the private pool anchors the space as a tranquil oasis, offering a calm place to cool off and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 4 people across from the dining room table. The countertops are granite, and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, blender, griddle, crock pot, and all the cookware and utensils needed.

Dining Room: The open-concept dining room has seating for 10 guests, plus an additional 4 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen island.

Living Room: This living area is very spacious and offers plenty of seating but still gives a cozy and welcoming feel. It includes a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and end tables and boasts a view of the backyard and pool.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom can also be accessed through the hallway next to the kitchen.

Backyard: This oasis of a backyard is lush and tropical. There’s a hammock, a large 6-person dining set with an umbrella, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs. The private, saltwater pool can be heated in the cooler months.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #7: Located on the third floor at the top of the stairs is bedroom #7. This large bedroom has 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds, a small refrigerator, and a foosball table! It shares a bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower with bedroom #8.

Bedroom #8: It has a king-size bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom #8 shares the only third-floor bathroom with bedroom #7.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 6 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted per HOA rules.
