With three bedrooms in the main house as well as a detached sleepout, the property can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. There are three bathrooms and the kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you might need for entertaining.

For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed internet (unlimited), as well as a smart TV with Netflix. Fresh commercial linen is included in the cleaning rate and there is plenty of off street parking. Heating is no issue for winter stays- with a fireplace, heat pump and oil heaters throughout.

The single garage sized games room featuring table tennis, fuse ball and air hockey tables, ensures kids (of all ages!) will have hours of fun. The house has a private jetty and four exclusive use kayaks for lake explorations. An easy 15 minute drive will you have in the heart of Rotorua City and amongst an array of world famous attractions.

NOTES:
This is a much loved family home, so please keep this in mind when booking and be respectful of this when staying. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with permanent neighbours. We have a strict no party policy in place and quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.

As the property has unfenced access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
