Cabane familiale avec foyer extérieur, à 9 miles des pistes de Sugar Mtn

We hope to have you back again.

From the owner: "We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Our home is a true log cabin, and all walls are made out of timber. It’s one of the charming qualities of our home. Come back for another visit during one of the other seasons".

Hi Cheyenne, the homeowner would like to share the following: "Please come stay with us again!"

From the owners: "We are so happy that your family enjoyed our property. The yard is great for kids to play and the fire pit is special for family gatherings, we hope to have you back for a future stay. September and October are great for leaf colors or the winter for snow sports. We are 10-20 minutes from four snow resorts."

We hope to have you back again… we are glad you loved our home as much as we do.

Hi John, we’re so glad you enjoyed the view, but sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they would like to share the following: - Thank you for choosing to stay in our Banner Elk, North Carolina cabin and leaving a review, as guest feedback is vitally important to us and the success of our vacation rental business. - We're happy to hear that you took advantage of making your meals with our fully stocked kitchen. - We stayed in the property following your stay and are happy to say we didn't see any insects up there. - There are extra light bulbs in the kitchen should a bulb be needed during a guest's visit. We did replace a bulb in the bathroom; however, there was more than ample light with the remaining working bulbs. - The creek is located at the end of our property with many accessible locations. We did build a more pronounced pathway with some rock stairs leading down to the creek. - Since our cabin is in the mountains, the normal conveniences of garbage pick up do not exist due to bears. If garbage is left, outside the house, a bear will destroy the garbage can and eat the garbage. This information was on your check-in instructions, but we do apologize if this caught you off guard. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Hi Christine, the homeowner would like to share the following: "Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We are so glad you were able to spend time at Hound Trails with your friends and getting together at a mountain retreat is time cherished. We appreciate you making our home a part of your vacation and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!"

Hi Andy, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: - Our home is exactly as advertised in our listing photos. We have views of the rolling hills surrounding the property, as is displayed on the listing photos. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - We use high-quality linen for the home but are sorry if the towels didn't match your personal preferences. - The home is advertised as having smart TVs as our remote location does not allow us to have cable. - Unfortunately, significant damage was done to the home during this stay that took extra time and effort in order to bring the home back to our high standards. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

From the owner: "We are glad you enjoyed the cabin. Furry friends love our big yard and their owners loved the fenced-in area. We wish we would have known about the internet problem sooner. As soon as we called the internet company, they came right over. As soon as the internet was fixed, so was the AC. Please come visit us again, we want our guests to have a great experience, all of your issues have been resolved."

Owners response: "We hope to have all of you for another stay!"

Owners response: "Thank you, we hope you are able to join us at Hound Trails in the future."

Shared from the owner: "Jay, we hope to have you and your family back during the warmer months. There are plenty of music festivals, hiking, waterfalls, fishing, mountain biking, etc. There is fun for all, not to mention the vineyard 5 minutes away."

Owner's Response: "We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we are looking forward to your next visit! If you're a sports fan, maybe you would enjoy attending a game at App State! It’s only 20 minutes away. Or you can visit the quaint college town which has fun shops, restaurants, and bars."
