From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and found it comfortable. We do provide basic toiletries for our guests, and it’s possible that a previous guest may have stored them out of sight. We've since informed our cleaning team to ensure these items are clearly laid out and easily accessible for future stays. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to make each guest experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible."

Response from owner: "Hi Tom, thanks so much for taking the time to post an awesome review. We'd love to host such a responsible group as yours again!"

Hi Eduardo, thank you for sharing your feedback. We always aim to provide a positive experience for our guests and were surprised to hear your concerns.- Mold Claims: There is no mold on the exterior of the property, and we ensure that the home is well-maintained.- Bathroom Heat: All bathrooms are equipped with operational heating, and we are happy to address any issues promptly if brought to our attention during a stay.- Property Condition: The kitchen and bathrooms are regularly updated and accurately represented in our listing photos.- We also noted that house rules were not followed during your stay, which impacted the condition of the property. This is not reflective of our usual guest experiences, as we consistently provide a clean and welcoming environment. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to maintain the high standards that have earned us consistent positive reviews.

From the owner: "Thank you for your great feedback, Jose! We’re glad you enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen amenities. Regarding your suggestion about lighting, we wanted to note that there are wall lights and string lights available outside, operated by a switch inside the house. We also appreciate your suggestion about additional TVs and your recommendation. We hope to host you again soon!"

Hi Jonathan, we're so glad you enjoyed the house and location, but we're sorry you experienced issues with communication. We shared your feedback with the homeowner, and they let us know that they have since changed the property manager and will be sending the door code to the primary phone number used for booking prior to arrival. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

From the owner: "Hi Nilufar, we're happy you had a nice time celebrating the new year at the house! Thanks for the review!"
