Newly renovated in March 2025! Like a brand-new home throughout! Open-concept living, three bedrooms, two bath, southern exposure waterfront home in very close proximity to highly desirable Tigertail Beach! Updated wide-plank, wood-look porcelain flooring throughout! Whole interior of home painted with designer colors and recessed lights throughout!

The brand-new open concept kitchen/living area has quartz countertops, stainless deep bowl sink, Whirlpool stainless steel range, microwave, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator. Plenty of dining areas including kitchen, nook, dining room and Lanai! The family room and the living room has new 75 TCL Roko TV and have entertainment centers with internet streaming applications including Xfinity Now TV and both Sling Orange and Blue Channels covering news, sports, movies and weather.

All bedrooms have recently been updated with new doors, trim, flooring, paint, bedding, hardware and ceiling fans. The newly renovated master bedroom has a king-sized bed, master bathroom with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, dual sinks, new fixtures, hardware and tiled shower. The guest bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other bedroom with twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share a renovated bathroom with white shaker cabinets, new tile shower, hardware and a quartz countertop! Laundry room shaker cabinets with quartz countertop and washer / dryer.

The newly renovated elevated pool and deck with gas grill are very spacious, with wide open views of the intersecting waterways. The dock is perfect for fishing and watching for boats, kayaks, dolphins and other sea life!

Quiet family vacation

The house and property are nice. The home was clean, is roomy, had most of everything needed (well appointed kitchen, bikes, beach chairs) and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Kelli, Vacation Rental Specialist, was very responsive and helpful.

Great place for a Marco Island vacation.

The place was just as advertised. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Tigertail beach just a few blocks away. The pool was perfect for cooling off after the beach. The host was very responsive and communications were easy and efficient. Overall a great place to stay. I would encourage folks to check it out. We will certainly keep it on our list of places when we are visiting Marco Island.

Perfect location

Our stay was so wonderful at this property. Couldn’t have been more pleased! I enjoyed the canal view every morning/evening. We went to Tigertail Beach and South Beach during our stay. Marco Prime, CJ’s, Hoot’s, Mango’s restaurants are highly recommended. I will be back! Such a beautiful island!

Marco island home

This is a lovely home with a great pool. The pool gets sun all day and does not have the cage over it. The neighborhood is quiet which I love because I’m there to relax and sit in the sun. I would this house again.

Marco Island

The house was nice. The pool was beautiful as well as the view. The no see ums were terrible. Tigertail beach was close, but once you got there the walk to the beach was brutally long. We tried to go to the marco island beach, but there was no where to park. We only saw the beach once. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Thank you! Parking for the beach can be a challenge if you don't go early. There are some great transport services on the island that operate on tips, just something to know for next time :)

Love the location!!

We absolutely loved this location. It was our first vacation in Marco and fell in love with the island! The house was just as listed. The only thing I would change was that the air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heat. It was terribly hot in the house. But we dealt with it and had a fantastic time! The furniture is super comfortable! Beautiful lanai area! Definitely would return again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nice stay

Property was fine for the 2 of us. Probably could benifit from a bit of TLC eg some blinds were broken and wouldnt close. and the patio door wouldnt lock but once reported this was fixed within the hour. Nice pool area but couldnt find any bbq tools which was a bit of a pain as you have to clean the bbq after use or incur a fine . Would stay again

Few shortcomings

The check in was fast and easy. The location was great. Had an issue with the TV going out two different times. A tech came and got it going but it was off 4 out of our 6 night stay. The shower curtain and caulking on the tub in the second bathroom was very dirty with mold. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Summer of 2024

House needs a major renovation. Is a very nice and comfortable house but as I said it hasn’t been maintained. The pool needs a make over as well. The neighborhood is beautiful but it is too far from the beach. You definitely have to use a car to go to the beach. Considering all the many other options I will not rent this property again.

The property is located in a very central location on Marco. The house is spacious and pool and dock Though it was clean and in quiet neighborhood the house does needs lots of TLC. Pool tiles broken Sliding doors hard to lock Dinning set wobbly all the chairs and table The rugs are all stained, and an area by master bedroom is lifted up, which can cause a hazard Blinds on all the sliding doors do not close properly and are broken No barbecue utensils, and no gas in the barbecue The toaster broken so bought one and left for next guess. Lawn needs TLC Even with the things mentioned above the stay was nice and overall nice time. We really were out in boat most of time.

Thank you very much. New sliders and windows are on the schedule in the coming months. Marco Island is currently at a 16 inch deficit for rain this year so many of the yards are lacking water, we apologize for that. We can be reached 24 hours a day with any issues or needs and would have been happy to replace the propane for the grill or the toaster. Beautiful island

Marco Island is a beautiful vacation spot. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the view from the lanai. The house was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5.
