Please note: Entry to the main level is step-free, and the king bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs and do require stairs.

Our guests are eligible for a special Pointe Royale Golf Stay & Play rate of $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99).



Guests must call to reserve a tee time; online booking is not available for the Stay & Play rate. Please let us know if you plan to use the golf offer so we can provide the required booking confirmation.



LOCATION



Pointe Royale gives you plenty to enjoy without leaving the resort while still keeping you close to Branson’s best attractions.



The Branson Strip is approximately 4.5 miles away, with shows, dining, shopping, family attractions, Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo all nearby.



TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP?



We also manage additional townhomes very close by, including two side-by-side units. If your group needs more space while still staying near one another, message us and we’ll be happy to check availability for our nearby properties.



PARKING



Parking is available for up to two vehicles directly in front of the condo.



PET POLICY



One dog may be considered with PRIOR approval. Please do not Instant Book with a pet before contacting us and receiving approval.



We consider one small-to-medium, low-shedding adult dog that is completely housetrained. Approved dogs must remain off furniture and beds, be leashed and picked up after outside, and be kenneled when left alone. Dogs that bark or whine when left alone cannot be accommodated.



Approved pets are $25 per night, collected after booking.



CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS



We want our checkout expectations clearly disclosed before booking so there are no surprises at the end of your stay. These steps help our cleaning team prepare the home on time for the next arriving guests.



• Heat should be left at 60 degrees or A/C at 75 degrees. During June–August, please leave the A/C running at 70 degrees.

• Gather trash from the kitchen and bathrooms and take it to the blue dumpsters.

• Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

• Make sure all windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.

• If time allows, starting one load of towels is appreciated but optional. Our cleaning team will transfer them to the dryer.

• Leave resort amenity cards on the counter. Lost cards are $20 each to replace.

• Return remotes to their designated rooms.

• Please take one final look for chargers and other personal belongings before leaving.
