Seawind 704- Splash into Fun: Your Beach Trip is Calling

Pure tranquility and relaxation can be experienced the moment you open the door to Seawind 704! A true gem of a vacation rental this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo will far exceed your expectations. The inviting coastal tones throughout this 7th floor hideaway will help you escape the hustle and bustle of the world and allow you to put yourself into island time. From the moment you walk through the door you will feel right at home. The cozy living room provides enough space for the whole family to gather around and make memories that last a lifetime. While you are relaxing and watching your favorite show on the large TV in the living room crack open the sliding glass door that leads to the spacious gulf front balcony and let in the soft Alabama breeze. If you happen to need extra sleeping space the couch can fold out to a queen size bed. This allows Seawind 704 to sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

When it is time to prepare a delicious traditional home cooked meal you will find the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. There are stainless steel appliances and the space the granite counter tops provide will be beneficial when laying out your seafood feast. You can choose to sit around the dining table which has room for 6 people and if additional seating is needed 3 people can sit at the breakfast counter. Do not forget to spend at least one morning sipping your coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by. It is an experience like no other!

After a day of getting your toes in the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores retreat back to the comfort of the king size bed in the primary bedroom. With its own door to the balcony you can slide it open and drift to sleep with the sound of the gentle waves washing onto the shore. The primary bathroom is equipped with a tub-shower combination as a well as a granite counter-topped vanity where you can get ready for a night out on the town. There is also a king size bed in the guest bedroom and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony. The kids will love the bunk room. Equipped with twin over twin bunks this room can be their escape after a busy day of splashing in the zero entry pool and playing under the fun fountains. There is a second full bathroom with a tub-shower combination and ample counter space on the granite counter topped vanity. All three bedrooms have flat screen televisions and there is Wifi throughout the Seawind Condominium property.

You will have everything you need during your time at Seawind! A full size washer and dryer is provided in the condo so you don't have to worry about traveling home with the sand from the beach. There is a fitness center and sauna so you can maintain your workout routine as well as a zero entry pool with fun water features for the kids. There is an indoor pool that offers a swim through option to an outdoor pool in case you want to catch some sun as well as an outdoor hot tub. Charcoal grills are available if you want to have a cook out or you can walk to the iconic Sea-N-Suds restaurant right next door and enjoy their famous shrimp sandwich. So pack a bag and get ready for a beach vacation unlike any other. Do not forget to pack your flip-flops!

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present during the duration of the stay to rent this condo. No smoking is permitted and pets are not allowed. Monthly rentals are available November - March 1st.

2 Complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella is available to guests of Seawind 704. Please see instructions in the guest portal after confirming your reservation.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
