3 Bedroom Modern Alpine Apartment
A brand new stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Queenstown apartment in an amazing location. Just a short flat 8-minute walk to downtown Queenstown and across the road from the supermarket. Tastefully furnished, this is a warm alpine home thatâs perfectly located for skiing, as it's only a 9km drive to the base of Coronet Peak Ski Field. The apartment is split over 3 levels and boasts 2 kitchens and 2 lounges. Beautiful high ceilings on the top floor give you an alpine chalet feel.

Our beautiful brand new 3 bedroom home is perfect for 1 or 2 families, or a group of friends looking for a holiday. Ideally located 8 minutes from Queenstown's bustling centre and 10 minutes from the bottom of the stunning Coronet Peak ski field.
THE SPACE
Our spacious apartment has been thoughtfully set up with your comfort extremely high on our priority list. It is split over 3 levels, there are 2 living areas meaning plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax.
The upstairs level is sunny and warm boasting high-vaulted wooden ceilings giving you a chalet style feel. The open level boasts a spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen
Both bedrooms on the middle floor provide ensuite bathrooms, large wardrobes, brand new comfortable sleepyhead beds and warm heating for winter to provide you ultimate warmth and cosy night sleep.
The downstairs offers a self-contained area where there is a second living room, a great space to chill out and watch a movie, a second full kitchen is also located on this level to provide total convenience. There is also a bedroom on this level, the Queen size room is very comfortable and will provide you with a great night sleep with the brand new comfortable mattress. A bathroom is located next to the bedroom and living room.
*Please note the downstairs level can be utilised as a self-contained area
For winter breaks the house is kept warm with heat pumps in the lounge rooms and heaters in all the bedrooms.
There is a secured garage park for 1 car.
