This is a premium, 1,425 square foot suite with an unbelievable view of Las Vegas. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience. It is in the 4-Star rated resort, Signature at MGM.
The one bedroom and studio combination have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas
Each suite has its own kitchenette and is fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you will need for your stay. The kitchenette in the one bedroom comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
The master bathroom in the studio and one bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
The property is walking distance to Planet Hollywood and TopGolf! Our guest will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars.

We loved staying here! The adjoined rooms worked perfect for our family. We put our teen boys in the studio and my husband and I took the one bedroom. The valet parking was convenient and easy to use. The MGM pool complex was great! The location was awesome, short walk to the Miracle Mile shops and Top Golf. All in all it was great, we will be back next time we are in Vegas!

Stayed for a week. Great condo(suite). Awesome pools, great place to stay close to everything. Views from 38th floor were amazing! Will stay again!

Great property and location for the price.

Overall, this property is very nice. The only thing is that the complimentary valet parking can sometimes be delayed, or not available at all, requiring you to park (for free) at the MGM Grand lot, which is a 12 minute walk from this property.

Good stay but living room had an odor

The overall experience was good. We stayed on the top floor so the views were great. Only negative side was the living room had a very strong smell. It smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes on the couch and they tried to mask it with a cleaning solution. It was hard to get the smell to air out with the balcony opened.

Birthday Trip

Stayed at this resort several times, first time not booking through the resort itself. I saved a bit of money so that was great. Everything was as expected but the amenities really did lack compared to other times I’ve stayed. The rooms were clean, the service there is great but the noticeable stains and ripped furniture turned me off a bit. Either try a different room if use VRBO again, or stick with booking through the resort itself.

Nice facility but using stripview was not as nice

When we got to our penthouse it was very nice but reeked of Marijuana! We contacted them immediately so we would not be charged for it. They moved us to a smaller suite that was not on the penthouse floor as we purchased , none of the soap dispensers were filled tv did not work, air conditioning didn't work. We still have not heard back from management regarding our refund. I would recommend going directly through MGM signature

Fine but Fell a little bit short

The property was fine and largely as advertised. However given that “sleeps eight” requires double occupancy of two pull out sleeper sofas (which augment two queen beds) it would have been nice if a full set of reasonable bedding were supplied for each (rather than a short set and a thin blanket). It would also have been nice if the body wash dispensers hadn’t been empty in each and every shower. Finally, it would have been nice if the property owners/management answered therir advertised phone number posted in the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay at work fine for a group, but for the price these deficiencies were quite disappointing

Cancelled on us the morning we were to check in

Without warning at 8 AM on the morning we were to check in on a holiday weekend they cancelled on us. Tried to put us at the Palms a mile off the strip. 1) Total BS to cancel like that. 2) Felt like a total bait and switch. Highly recommend using a different company to book at this property.

The penthouse is beautiful and very clean.

The Penthouse is represented very accurately. The house was clean. When extra items were requested we received them without difficulty. Only problem we had is no check in was available at the tower where we stayed and we were not informed ahead of time, so we got out at our tower and had to walk with all of our bags to the next tower to check in. Then walk back to our tower to go to our room. The only other complaint i had was messages and text were not answered sometimes for days or at all. But once i checked in everything was very smooth. The property along with the owners were very respectful and friendly. my group all enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this property
