Alpzview is located within 45 minutes from Falls Creek ski resort. Enjoy comfortable and affordable accommodation after a hard days skiing in front of the cosy wood Tf heater. In summer thing a s get busy with cycling galore, fishing and play around & the Kiewa Valley River. Sit back on the veranda at the foothill of Mount Bogong, the highest mountain in Victoria.

We live in the unit next door and will be available for any issues or concerns you might have during your stay.

Mountain Views

The house is light filled and very spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos with gorgeous views to the nearby montains. There were plenty of bedrooms upstairs for two families sharing & the second lounge/TV area was great for the kids. There was heating in all the bedrooms which worked and a generous amount of firewood for the wood heater downstairs. The hosts were friendly and helpful, overall very happy with our stay!

Lovely views

We had a large family group and found the house very comfortable , clean and affordable, with lovely views. The hosts Michael and Ashleigh are very welcoming and responsive, and are just next door if there are any problems.

We had a nice time the dogs were a source of entertainment for the kids and my fur babies enjoyed a

House had great separate wings for visitors … the games provided were excellent . We were disappointed with the spa bath not being able to be used .. Just a few things the oven was dirty and we had to wash the large serving platters before use . The house needs a good spring clean . Hosts were lovely ..

Great house pet friendly.

The property is great for family get together. Bedrooms are lovely, dining room table generous. Well stocked kitchen with 2 fridges and even large pots. Renovations and upgrades would be beneficial.

Friendly hosts with a mediocre house

The taps to the spa bath were removed, I felt it was misleading as it’s pictured in the ad. The aircon is only upstairs & was broken for the first half of our stay. Mid January & very hot!

Wonderful family home

We had 10 in our group with 3 young kids. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The downstairs lounge area need some upgrades including the DVD player. However upon request it was immediately replaced with Xbox by the owner. The online listing is not very clear about the owner occupying the same property ( with a separation and we had our privacy) and the jacuzzi not working. However, the location is really convenient and very close to mount Beauty. Our kids absolutely loved Polly ( owners border collie) and the stay.

Big House & Great Location

Chose this property due to the number of beds and bathrooms. Location excellent, close to Mt Beauty, Kiewa River. Ashleigh & Michael were super friendly and accommodating. House needs some updating but that's in their plan moving forward.

Plenty of room and facilities for the 8 Bushwalkers. We wish the owners The best in continuing with renovating cleaning and doing maintainance to bring the property to a higher standard.

Great family place to stay

Great for big family group and able to include our 4 legged family members. Warm and cosy with beautiful views. Plenty of living space so not on top of each other. Friendly hosts.

Great place for a family getaway

Alpzview was a terrific place for our family holiday at the snow. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the lounge area was big enough for family games nights. Ash and Michael were attentive but unobtrusive hosts with lots of local knowledge. We would definitely book again.

First extended family vacation

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 4 kids/babies and a dog. The house is very spacious with a area upstairs for the kids to enjoy. The kids enjoyed feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs. Beautiful mountain views, quiet and peaceful. We loved walks down the street, visiting the local bakery, shops and brewery. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The property was clean and well supplied with everything we needed ie kitchen equipment, games, linen, washer and dryer. The wood fire was cozy and heated the house well. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Such a cosy place and lovely location!

We had an amazing time catching up with family. We found the place very cosy and warm. Michael and Ashleigh were very accommodating guests. Communication was prompt and positive. The area was stunning. At times we weren’t too sure on what to do but found that a 30 min trip in either direction took us to another town/area that enabled us to adventure. Such quality family time, will never forget it. Thanks again
