Lovely condo with gorgeous view

The view is breathtaking. The condo is well laid out and comfortable. There are some great local shops and restaurants in Burnsville along with endless outdoor adventures to choose from. Highly recommend this condo for your next Mountain getaway!Side note: If you love your morning coffee and aren’t a fan of Keurig, you will want to bring your own coffee and coffee maker.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect home-away-from-home for us as we visited family in Burnsville. It certainly is a “Quaint Blue Ridge Mountain Getaway” as it is nestled into the mountains at Mountain Air Country Club. The view from the living room and deck is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed it as we drank our coffee every morning. This home is cozy and comfortable yet has plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded. The owner was very responsive and gracious whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay in this beautiful home again the next time we visit Burnsville.

This was a relaxing getaway for two couples. The sleeping arrangements and location convenience were excellent. The view surpassed any in this area.

Mountain home

Wonderful stay with a gorgeous view. Everything about this property was stunning. The drive up the mountain. Friendly staff at the gated entrance. The hiking trails that were right outside your door. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit.

Lovely Girls Trip

This trip was extremely last minute and none of us really knew the area, we just knew this view was what we wanted, and we were not disappointed! The trip started out a little shaky with one friend’s car becoming stuck at the bottom of the mountain due to all the rain, but everyone was extremely helpful getting her out! While we didn’t have the best weather, we woke up one morning to snow which was beautiful, and the next to a beautiful sunrise. We had lots of fun going to several wineries and cideries and just catching up. If we could get back this year, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

What a mess! Not everyone is welcome here.

I am a firm believer in, "if you have nothing good to say, keep quite". But in this case, travelers need to be warned. 1) Motorcycle are NOT welcome and NOT allowed to enter the condo complex 2) the local property manager, the property management company, and the owner are slow to react and not helpful when something goes wrong 3) this condo is in a hoity-toity mountain subdivision with rules of who can and cannot enter. Be aware, neither the 2-layered property managers nor the owner know these rules. I asked for documentation at the "welcome office" and they would not show them to me. They did state they are in the process of rewriting the rules, but nothing is available to read. I am a seasoned traveler, I have been all over the world and I've stayed in every type of lodging you can imagine, for both business and personal travel. I have never experienced anything like this. We booked the property over a month in advance. I believe in honesty and transparency so I made it crystal clear that we were arriving by motorcycle with my small group of friends. On the day of our arrival, we rode all day and we arrived tired, hungry, and in serious need of a shower and air conditioning. Unfortunately, the hoity-toity subdivision this condo is in does NOT allow motorcycles. This is where the mess started. The local property manager, the distant property management company (EVOLVE), and the owner (who you can NOT reach) left us standing at the gate for over 2 hours in the July sun. The local property manager, the distant property management, and the owner simply stated that they had no idea motorcycles were not allowed and that they're sorry. The three layers you have to go through for any resolution offered no help and no solution besides sending some emails and repeatedly stating "our hands are tied" and "we're sorry". They simply left me to solve the problem. Evolve did not respond or reach out to me for over 5 hours. I was able to get a friend to drive up to meet us and bring us his truck so that we did not have to hike the 1.6 mile steep hill and we had to leave our bikes at the "welcome center". Can it get worse? Yes! The next morning I got an email from EVOLVE telling us the property owner requests that we vacate the property. Since there is nothing else available for a day-of booking, we refused to leave. In the end, the property owner gave us a one-day discount for the huge mess and headache we had to deal with all week.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

At the last minute , booked this amazing condo for our 34th anniversary. It was our first time to the area & definitely won’t be our last. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a cozy stay in the mountains. So many details were thought of 
. Extra blankets , games , box fans & so much more . We were on the go exploring Burnsville & Asheville during the day but couldn’t wait to get back to the condo in the evening to settle in with a fire in the fireplace. We would love to come back in the Fall when the leaves are in full color.

Blissfully peaceful.

The Green family Connection was the prefect peaceful weekend these burnt out nurses needed to recharge. Everything from the communication before hand, the super nice security guard (Tyler), and Brandy, for talking us through lighting the fireplace was absolutely great. The community is super quite and the views are out of this world. Highly recommended for a small group of friends, or a family of four. The house was clean with everything needed to cook a nice meal, and clean up. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms clean. The best part was the porch, seating for everyone and cute little cross light on the back was just a sweet touch. This is a true special gem to stay at! There is so much love that has gone into this rental you feel right at home. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. Thank you for an amazing time.

Excellent place for a quiet and restful vacation stay

As expected , this place was as so represented . Both the host and and especially Brandy , their agent , were extremely helpful if we had any questions or needed any assistance . The view over the valley on the back deck was excellent. No complaints . This place deserves Five stars !
