Little Harbor Studio - Ground Unit - across from the pool - No Pets (only service animals allowed)
This charming ground-floor studio offers the perfect beachside retreat, located just across the street from the beach with easy access to the Sunset Grill for a scenic dining experience. This unit is in front of the pool/shuffleboard/canal area.
Living Area: The studio features two comfortable queen beds, a desk, dining set, sofa chair and a smart TV for your entertainment.
Kitchen: The small but fully-equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher and a 12-cup coffee maker to help you start your day right.
Bathroom: The spacious bathroom offers a large vanity, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and the added convenience of an ironing board, iron, and blow dryer.
Outdoor: Enjoy your private outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air.
Climate Control: The unit includes both air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Pool Hours: Pools are heated during the winter and open year-round during daylight hours only. We are not responsible for closures due to emergencies, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pet Policy: Only dogs are allowed (maximum of two) in pet-friendly units. A pet fee applies, and the pet policy must be followed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.
Golf Cart & Kayak Rentals: Golf cart rentals are available through a third-party vendor. We are not responsible for third-party rentals, pricing, availability, or closures. Kayaking is available at nearby E.G. Simmons State Park, and we are not responsible for third-party services or pricing.

Unit Condition on Check-In: Guests must walk through the unit upon check-in and contact us immediately if they are not satisfied with the property. We reserve the right to send maintenance or housekeeping to address any concerns and make it right. If a guest is not happy with the property upon arrival and wishes to cancel, we will issue a full reimbursement only if the guest does not stay in the unit. No reimbursements will be issued if the guest stays and does not report dissatisfaction upon check-in.
Self-Serve Homes: Our homes are self-serve, and guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, all furnishings, utilities, free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to all amenities. Additionally, our cleaning crew leaves two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, one paper towel roll in the kitchen, three trash bags, dish detergent, one sponge, hand soaps, travel-sized shampoo and conditioner, and two coffee packs.
