This beautiful one bedroom, one bath hilltop villa sits in one of the most ideal and peaceful locations at the resort. Comfortable and relaxing with a separate living area nicely furnished with a queen-size sofa sleeper, a love seat and a large sitting chair. There is a flat screen television in the living area The king-sized bedroom gives the option of being shut off from the living area with shutters or waking up with them open to your view. The bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen allows for all the comforts of home to be prepared in your sea-view villa with a full refrigerator, stove top and oven combination, microwave, and coffee pot. There are two bar stools separating the kitchen from the dining area where a beautiful glass table seats four. The private covered balcony flows off the living area and features breathtaking views of surrounding islands and cays.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited WiFi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.
From our prime location, you can explore the beauty of St. Thomas and its sister islands, St. John, and Water Island, with activities ranging from hiking trails to snorkeling with turtles and swimming with dolphins.

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

To safeguard your trip, consider purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
