Sand Dollar 504 is a Gold Tier 2 bed 2 bath Gulf Front Condo on the Top Floor

Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 50 is a GOLD Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful décor. It includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including a wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, stocked drawers and all you need to enjoy dining at home. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Brand new flat screen SMART TVs can be found in both bedrooms. The living room also features a brand new, whopping 82ñ€ flat screen SMART TV with wireless access to log into your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Apple TV as well as free cable. Please remember to log out of your accounts prior to departure. A telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities, there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 504 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 504 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Limit to two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Great location

Our stay was wonderful. The location was exactly what we were looking for, right on the beach, and wonderful views from the balcony. We watched dolphins feed in the mornings and manatees swam right by us. The fishing pier was a nice bonus as well.

Awesome getaway

We loved this unit! The location was wonderful and close by to great restaurants and views were spectacular from balcony. The unit had great accommodations. The living area has wonderful seating for lounging and sitting on balcony. My only suggestion would be to have a side chair in each bedroom for sitting down in front of mirrors to do hair and makeup and luggage racks to handle multiple suitcases. Other than that, awesome accomodations. Will definitely be back to this unit and property!!!

Great Find

We loved our stay at this beach condo. The condo is very well kept. I loved the the cute patio furniture on the balcony. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo which was one of the main reasons we booked it. We have already booked our vacation for next year here.

Great vacation spot!!!

To start off, the condo was nice and spacious! The maintenance man was friendly and responded quickly when we needed assistance. The main downside was that the pool was closed during our stay, but management offered alternative options, which made it more than acceptable. The view was absolutely spectacular, and the chairs on the balcony made it the perfect place to relax.Pros:‱Beautiful balcony and view‱Spacious layout‱Comfortable seating‱Convenient location‱Fast response to any issuesCons:‱The master bathroom and closet doors didn’t close securely‱Sheets felt similar to hospital bedding‱The rinse-off station near the beach/pool wasn’t working, so sand ended up in the elevator and lobbyAll in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this condo to anyone considering it.

College Drop Off Vacation

We stayed here again after dropping our daughter off for her second year at the University of Tampa. Amazing views and very spacious. Beach was clean and quiet. Will be back again next year.

Perfect Location

Nice and Clean Condo with perfect view! Loved the convenience of the pier right in front our condo. Lots of Dolphins everyday swimming by. We enjoyed the quietness of the location but close enough Clearwater and St. Pete when we wanted to venture into the busier sections.

Great stay!

Great location and clean property. We had fun fishing off of the pier and looking for seashells along the beach. One of the long time residents there does sand art every year and the kids loved it! Everyone was very welcoming. We heard there were a lot of teenagers on the beach at night prior to our stay but they were only out there our first night and were not too loud.
