Vous aimerez vacances avec nous pour l'été! Il est une charge de bateau de plaisir !!! Cottage de charme est disponible de mai à septembre. Le chalet peut accueillir confortablement 6 à 7 personnes avec un incroyable porche pour un espace supplémentaire propice à la détente. Venez profiter de la magnifique plage partagée avec les propriétaires ou rassemblez-vous sur le quai pour profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil. Plage de sable a cristal de l'eau claire et peu profonde qui est excellent pour les enfants. Les foyers peuvent être utilisés pour le plaisir de la nuit. Cottage est climatisé, cuisine complète, véranda, barbecue au gaz, patio 32 'TV avec lecteur DVD, TV dans la chambre, télévision par câble et wifi. Nombreuses places de parking disponibles, rampe de lancement est juste en face de la rue, aussi un quai de 90 pieds pour garder votre bateau à l'eau. Amusez-vous avec les pédalos, les kayaks et les canoës! Les clients doivent apporter leurs propres draps et serviettes. Cottage est non fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. La cuisine sur la plage n'est pas incluse dans la location. Ne manquez pas sur Summer Fun in the Sun. I picked the worst weekend it rained the whole time so we were in the cabin all three days. WiFI very sporty, tons of black ants,water in shower was warm never hot. They had games but they were not complete. There would have been tons to do if not for the rain.

Great little cabin, wonderful on-site owners, nice dock and in the best part of the Lake in our opinion. Looking forward to going back again next summer!

Laura & Bob's quick getaway!

Carla & Jim's property is amazing! We stayed in Cottage 3 and it was perfect! The cottage itself was more than adequate, comfortable and very nicely furnished! I loved all the attention to detail and cute decorations. The view from our deck with our morning coffee was just what we hoped for. Their dock area is fantastic! Beautiful sunsets, great views, and the boat launch is right across the street. Once launched, we were able to leave our boat right at the water's edge for easy access. Jim pointed out necessary information related to water level and rocks. They both are friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to interact with. The only reason I put 4 stars on listing was because VRBO has their address listed incorrectly as "Old" Long Island Rd and it is just Long Island Rd so we went a bit out of our way. However, Carla was immediately available via text/phone to help out! We wished we could have stayed longer. So, we will have to book sooner in the future! We had a great time talking with them and realized Jim & I lived in the same town for a few years and knew some of the same people...such a small world! Their property is a gem and not to be missed!! Jim & Carla thank you so much!

Impressive property with endless amenities for all your summer lake house desires. Perfect spot

Carla was a great host with excellent communication. The property itself is perfect size for a large group. The cottages are perfect size for a small family as well. Rare property that can accommodate any size group looking for a lake getaway!

Only here a brief time

We did not end up staying here because the place was pretty old and gave us allergies/asthma (which we are both prone to), so we had to find a hotel in a different town. Carla was accommodating when we requested pillows, sheets and towels, though future guests should make note that these are not automatically included in staying here. We did not notice that when we made the booking and had we stayed would have been charged extra for those items. Carla made the check in process very easy, but I cannot really comment beyond that because we had to find other accomodations due to it being a musty space. Beautiful spot on the lake, we were sad not to get to give the kayaks a spin!

Nice Lake Cottage

Nice stay with wife, son, grandaughter and friend. My son brought his boat and we used dock and did lake cruises and some tubing for the kids. Enjoy amenities such as kayaks and paddleboats and had nice fire each evening. Next to town beach which is great for swimming. Cottages rustic but very nice. Hosts were great and helpful and very welcoming.

Perfect spot for a big family

We loved our time at Long Island cottages. The property is amazing and it is a fantastic location. Our family had two of the cottages which allowed us to spread out but be close to each other. Carla and Jim are wonderful hosts. Not only do they provide cottages but plenty of items to borrow to enjoy the beach and water. I highly recommend Long Island cottages. An excellent accommodation right on lake winnipesaukee.

Six Days in Heaven

The property was picture postcard perfect. Exactly as pictured in their listing. We were on a "girls trip" (4) and although the cottage is not large, with a screened in porch with a table and seating plus a deck with the same there was plenty of room for everyone to have some space. Being from Texas we thought the weather and porch were perfect. The only small glitch I would mention is the top bunk has a straight ladder and no break in the railing so you have to climb over the railing and it's a little close to the ceiling. A medium size and age child would probably have no problem. Otherwise, the kitchen had everything we wanted to use and there was plenty of hot water. There were plenty of water toys and seating at the lake. I hope to return there in the future. Thanks Carla and Jim for a lovely week.

Great Spot!

This was perfect get away for my family! Jim and Carla are more than accommodating and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed all the water toys including the pontoon boat! Great location with just a short drive to local hot spots and attractions. Looking forward to returning!

Amazing Family Vacation

My family of 15 had an amazing family vacation! Coffee on the dock in the mornings, a great beach for the kids to play, kayaking around the cove, a great place to bring a boat, amazing sunsets every night, smores at the campfire, and comfortable accommodations. Carla and Jim were always available to help with any of our needs. We made some wonderful memories here, and we hope to come back again soon!

This place has it all!

I never write reviews but loved this place so much, I just wanted to share! If you are looking for the best place to take your family, this is the place - awesome beach, dock and beautiful views. We travelled all the way from PA to experience lake Winnipesaukee and had the most relaxing and fun vacation in years. Jim and Carla treat everyone like they've know them for years, so welcoming and friendly! The cottages are great, super clean with a huge screened porch. Only a few steps from the beach which is where my kids enjoyed swimming, paddle boating, kayaking and canoeing, pretty much every day. If you have a boat, they have a spot for it, if not you can rent jet skis or the pontoon boat Jim has docked there. We are so looking forward to heading back there next year, met several other families and look forward to building the best memories for our family there!

FABULOUS!

What a fabulous location...just a perfect spot! We watched the sunset from the end of the dock, enjoyed conversation around the fire and explored the area by water on Jim's jetski. The cabins are spacious and very clean and stocked with everything you need. Coffee on the beach and a late night dinner on our screened in porch were ideal. Jim and Carla are super friendly and accomodating. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

Perfect cottage - Jim and Carla are great hosts. They are always available and bend over backwards to meet your needs. More importantly - they are just good people. The cottages are exactly as advertised - bedrooms are a good size, kitchen complete with everything you need, screened in porch is perfect for all meals and just hanging out. The location of the cottages is perfect - all the towns are easily accessible by boat, the dock is right here, the boat launch is across the street and there's a marina 2 minutes away for gas. Just a perfect location. And this year Jim and Carla arranged for our own private fireworks display - the best ever:-)

Awesome!!

Highly recommend renting from Jim and Carla. The location is perfect. The amenities are awesome. Jim and Carla respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Even if you run out of propane for your grille, they are right there to give you a full one! Late nights around the fire right next to the lake is an awesome experience. Great for all ages!!

Best week ever!

What can I say? The descriptions and pictures supplied on HA couldn't be more spot on. This was a great week! We loved our neighbors, loved the cottage, loved the beach and hope to stay here again next summer! The owners are wonderful and so very accomodating, tons of beach toys for the kids and chairs a plenty! The owners even keep ice on hand for you if you need it! We did day trips to Story Land and Clarks Trading Post. My only suggestion is bring water shoes as the rocks in the beach area hurt! :) Thanks Carla and Jim!

Cutes & Best on the Lake!!!

My Fiance & I came up here to celebrate our anniversary with friends. It was by far the best time I've had in a cottage EVER!!! Jim & Carla were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The cottage is as cute as the pictures!! The water is steps away! We used the paddle boats, had a couple of awesome fires. It was very clean and well maintained. I will definitely be returning and would recommend anyone rent one of the cottages and enjoy peace & total relaxation!!!

BEST COTTAGES ON THE LAKE!

This is one of the best lakefront properties I have ever rented in. My family and I chose it based on the images listed on the site, and when we got there it looked exactly as it is displayed in pictures. The owner was so nice and accommodating to all of our vacationing needs. There was plenty of land to be shared among the different cottages, and the area was kept incredibly clean and safe for our children. Sitting out at night watching the sunset over the lake is something everyone should be able to experience, and there is no better place to do that than at Long Island Cottages!!!!! I will definitely be planning another vacation back there again.

Great Family Getaway

Long Island Cottages was a great place to take the family. The cottages where very spacious and conducive to my busy little ones. There was plenty of room for my children play in the yard and on the beach. The water drops off gradually so I felt very comfortable with my family playing on the beach and in the water. There was plenty of furniture both indoor and outdoors for all. The yard is pretty private from the neighbors which made it feel very comfortable. The property was very clean and safe. It was well light at night. The owners live on the property so they were there when ever we had questions or needed anything. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives of all ages and family size.
