Large Two Bedroom Villa with Four Queen Beds on the Lagoon!

You will be glad you chose this large two bedroom villa with its central location, making trips to the beach and several of Palmetto Dunes amenities a breeze! This condo is a perfect fit for anyone from golfers to families alike! The kitchen is fully-equipped for cooking meals away from home and features updated stainless steel appliances and bar seating .

The dining area seats six. The comfortable, cozy living room has plenty of seating and has an HDTV. There is slider access to your private deck which overlooks Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system. You can sit outside and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature.

The bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the villa. Both are about the same size and have two queen beds, HDTVs and each their own en-suite bathrooms. The Primary bathroom has a custom-tiled walk-in shower while the guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination. Outside on your private deck/balcony there is a dining table for four and your own electric grill!

Centre Court has a very nice community pool complex just steps away from any of the Centre Court Villas. The main Palmetto Dunes tennis center has several courts right beside which can be rented as well. There is a bridge behind Centre Court which makes it incredibly easy to reach Alexander's fine restaurant along with the General Store, main tennis center, pickleball courts and Robert Trent Jones and George Fazio Golf Courses as well. Rent bikes or kayaks from Hilton Head Outfitters and explore the resort and 11 mile lagoon. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away as well as the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Come stay at Centre Court 7813 and experience all the wonderful things Palmetto Dunes resort has to offer!

Paint cant cover everything

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At first glance when we arrived, the unit looked nice. The closer we looked the worse it got. There were a couple smells that were present. 1 was that it smelled musty. The 2nd smell took us a while to figure out. It smelled like bleach. We thought it may have been the cleaner that was used. I think it was paint. In the bedroom in the front (which has NO airflow) it smelled very bad. It was so bad that I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad headache. I couldn't sleep and missed my prepaid tee time the next morning. I went to the golf course later to talk to them about a refund but they said there was nothing they could do. We called to get a box fan to help circulate the air in the unit. We opened all the windows that we could to help alleviate the problem. The kitchen was old. No remodeling done here.There wasn't even salt and pepper, so we had to buy it. I have stayed in many condos/townhouses. Everyone had a few items so you wouldn't have to buy everything. I did play golf on our 3rd day. The golf course was fantastic. I wish I could say that about our unit, but I can't. Probably wont be coming back to Hilton Head but if I did, I wouldn't stay here again. Sorry

I could not get cell service, not web service on wifi. it was troublesome all week. I found that very frustrating. I would get rid of the bath rugs...that just seems gross. furniture seemed a little outdated...grandma style.

The condo was great! We loved the location and all the amenities that came with it.

It was an easy rental. I only wish Palmetto Dunes would allow you to go into the property early if it is available. I know our condo was empty the whole day of our arrival, but we could not go in until 4:00 pm. It would be nice if they could call or text when the property is ready. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we will be back next year!
