Welcome to our Premium, Luxurious, and Fully Renovated Modern Condo located in the Financial District of Downtown London. Enjoy your stay with the completely equipped kitchen, ensuite laundry, and dedicated office space. Experience a heritage building built in the 1930s as the Old City Hall. Located off Dundas Place, London's newest and most popular downtown attraction with restaurants and patios steps away. The unit features tall 11' ceilings and 8' windows bringing in lots of sunlight.
The unit has been completely renovated with the finest modern design and neutral colors. You will have an unparallel experience, your dream home away from home.
The kitchen has new Premium Stainless Steel appliances, new custom cabinets, and a quartz countertop. You will find everything needed to cook and serve a gourmet meal for you and your guests! All essential utensils for adults & children are provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed including bedsheets and pillows. An extra blanket is provided along with lots of cloth hangers, an iron with board, and a tower fan. The bedroom also features a 55" Roku Smart TV with all the major streaming apps.
The living room features a 65" Sony Smart Android TV that has all the major streaming apps. There are also lots of games and activities for all ages to enjoy! The couch has two single pullout beds with their own set of bedsheets and pillows.
The bathroom includes all essentials such as towels, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of small essentials. A hairdryer is also provided.
There is a dedicated workspace that includes a 24" ASUS LED computer monitor, a modern desk, and an office chair.
The in-suite laundry has a new washer and dryer. Laundry detergents and various cleaners are provided.
The unit has a separate air system with central air conditioning system. Guests have the freedom to adjust the temperature to their liking. The air system gets a new air filter of MERV 11 or similar on monthly basis to ensure clean air between guests.
Please note that while the unit is completely renovated, the actual building is historic. Some of the common elements do show age.
When booking the unit, you will have complete and undisturbed access to the unit. The laundry is located in-suite. Other than the building's common elements such as the lobby and elevator, nothing will be shared. The building is very quiet and hosts professionals and young families.
The check-in/check-out process is very easy. We provide lots of information and pictures to guide you throughout and we are available to assist.
The condo is located in the center of downtown on major bus routes. There are dedicated bike lanes and a secure bike storage locker located right outside. There are dedicated taxi stands and accessible parking spots.
For parking, there are many public parking meters and private parking lots. Street parking is free during evenings and Sundays. The city also offers 2 hours of free parking per day. There are EV vehicle charging meters outside.
London ON offers Uber & Uber Eats app as well as many delivery apps for food, grocery, and everything else! Everything you need is within a very short walking distance.
The building also has an elevator and secured entry with security cameras in the lobby. The unit is located on the second floor and the building has four floors.
We take pride in our Airbnb. Please help us to maintain a great atmosphere for the next guests. Parties or large gatherings are absolutely prohibited. No smoking indoors (tobacco, weed). To help maintain a pleasant environment, we use Airbnb-approved devices to monitor noise levels at all times. Excessive noise levels are not tolerated at any time including on weekends.
We don't offer any parking options. With that being said, there are multiple surface parking and underground parking options close by.
